Default Mixed emotions during covid 19

Is anyone else just going from one mood straight into another during this lockdown?

Like at times I am making the most of the situation having a great time with my kids, blasting out songs dancing round the house, playing quizzes via zoom with friends and family and actually enjoying the time off and making the most of the situation

Then suddenly realising how awful the situation is, how sad it all is, and tragic for so many families

Then I get upset about it and just really want to see my family and friends and just give them a massive hug, my son is now over 3 weeks old and none of them have been able to see him yet

The hardest part is there currently being no exit plan

Im sure we are all in the same boat but its strange how quickly we can go from one mood into another
