 According to Hollywood Junket, FOX is taping/has taped the first series of the US version of The Million Pound Drop, which they've called 'Million Dollar Money Drop'. It appears to be almost identical in terms of gameplay, except there are seven questions, and the players have 50 bundles of $20,000 (instead of the UK's 40 bundles of £25,000). The host is Kevin Pollak, who's had mixed to poor reviews as a gameshow host. No word on when it's airing yet though... Last edited by Matt; 03-11-2010 at 03:05 PM. |
