Do you have something to eat before you start drinking or do you wait until after?
I used to eat nothing before and get a takeaway after but I get too drunk too quickly and end up too ill to enjoy the night if I drink on an empty stomach so I've started having something to eat before going out. ~Don't dare come in like 'Oh I don't binge drink I'm sensible I drink with my meals so where's my option  ~
