Yeah anything interactive and sexting is cheating /borderline . And obviously keeping rude videos and photo's of someone they know on their computer or phone is also immoral & weird .

Eh it's kinda close but different. That would mean the person actually knows the one sending them nudes and has/had been talking to them in some form. Plus in porn it's acting out a script for media/entertainment as well - in a non-personal/non-private way.

I don't mean to assume here 2S but I'm not sure how much "straight porn" you've actually watched? The main problems lie within amateur porn and that's where the vast majority of exploitation occurs. Studio porn was a career. Yes there were obviously addiction problems etc. in that industry too but the stars were paid very well and there were strict hygiene and health standards. In grainy amateur porn, most of the girls who are being ****ed on camera whilst looking a bit sad and uncomfortable and being paid a couple of hundred dollars at most for it are spending that cash on drugs, and often come from backgrounds of serious abuse. There are no regulations and its almost always without condoms.

There is a SMALL amount of ethical porn where the people doing it are genuinely happy and simply very open and extrovert for their own properly considered reasons but we're talking like 1% of the porn you'll find online here. The massive rate of ex porn stars talking about how unhappy they were should be a huge indicator. And that's the recognisable ones / big names... I can only imagine how the ones who already look like they're trying not to cry whilst one guy gives them a prolapse and another cums up their nose for a one off payday feel about it afterwards.

And THAT only goes into porn actually made in the US / UK etc... A huge amount of porn online is Southern American, Eastern European, and East Asian. Are we really going to pretend that these people are having fun?

Meh. Don't get me wrong I used to watch plenty of porn when I was younger. One day I just sort of realised how horrendously depressing it actually is.

But the apps are used to sift though who you do or don't want to meet. And there is the opportunity there to take it further... now if my partner reached out to a porn star they were obsessed with... that would also be concerning.

I think mixing up porn with sites where you interact with people via nudes or video is simply muddying the waters to falsely give the porn=cheating angle made up weight. Watching a video of porn stars going at it is not the same as pursuing someone and interacting with them sexually online.

Yeah, but how far is someone with a partner going to take it with a stranger on an app. Sex/nudes concerning strangers, obviously porn is purely consumed through a screen, but so is a large percentage of the nudes culture who never actually meet. With the progression of technology I think the lines are blurring.
