When my parents first split up (I was 18/19) I lived with my dad Monday - Thursday and A) I had dropped out of my first attempt at Uni and was an unemployed bum and B) He was a 50 year old newly single man so never had ANY actual food in beyond the basics... so I took to regularly making buttered spaghetti sandwiches.
Just boiled plain spaghetti with tonnes of butter, in bread.
They are actually amazing. I want one right now.
