A spokesperson for London’s Metropolitan Police confirmed to Reuters that their officers followed the NPCC guidelines. From what Parm has said though they were there as customers,not police officers

what medical reasons?

and i think corona is medical reason enough for just one to go inside, and if the other wants a redbull or some cigarettes he could just ask his partner to buy some while he needs to pay for petrol anyway
