A spokesperson for London’s Metropolitan Police confirmed to Reuters that their officers followed the NPCC guidelines. what medical reasons?

and i think corona is medical reason enough for just one to go inside, and if the other wants a redbull or some cigarettes he could just ask his partner to buy some while he needs to pay for petrol anyway
