I can say Liz rules over Britain for all I care, it doesn’t mean I see her as some sort of dictator ordering Boris what to do.

And she is not just ‘an exceptionally wealthy lady’; she can declare war, appoint Lords (who debate and approve the bills of the commons), and eventually she approves the bills of parliament into law., all of which affect your life and my life.
