I worded that wrong....I meant the news story in general.
Now I'm hearing it's actually a trans person getting angry on behalf of a person who identifies as 'non binary'. Which just makes this even more ridiculous. How is anyone going to know a singular person prefers to be called " they them "
. Plus it's not natural to call a person " they / them" ,so obviously our eyes will always assume someone is either male or female
