Yeah. That’s what I was pointing to in my OP. People don’t really order in Thai, not from a Thai restaurant specifically anyway (a bit of green or red Thai curry from your local Chinese, yeah), really, do they? It just doesn’t happen to be the done thing. It’s a more curated, intentional experience that you’ve got to go out to dine with specifically, at a specific kind of restaurant. It’s less mainstream than Indian.
