I think she's just being a bully now - there's no justification behind how mean she is to Richard. Richard isn't really giving her a reaction of which she seems desperate for because she is an attention seeker. That group of Caroline, Nancy and Sam are just very bitchy individuals who feel like going back to high school - I just don't find targeting someone and putting them down to be entertaining. I found her nomination to be very rude to him - calling him names, there's no need for that behaviour.
I do think that if Caroline was doing this to Elsa or someone else, she would've been given a warning for it but alas.
