Its not different at all. the law still applies. if you factor in the intention which was pulling his pants down, exposing his private parts to millions of viewers, designed to humiliate him and also his friends and families. the law and the intent are totally against what she did. why did big brother wait hours before issuing her a verbal warning for these actions? if they deemed it inappropriate then why didn't they call her in straight away? oh I forgot they deliberately waited until it escalated. shame on them

If you want to talk about the law, truth, then you need to understand what is meant by "intent". You cannot equate what happened with Daley slapping Hazel and putting his hands around her throat with her yanking on his shorts.

I know some people on here don't like Hazel, but I am actually nauseated at the things that have been said about her, and I hope to God that none of you are called for jury service - ever.

And yes, while I would say some of her actions may have been questionable, she did not, in any way, deserve to be assaulted. And that's why I suggested some people would have made poor jurors, because the consensus seems to be with some people, that she was in some way asking for it.

I know , Im not excusing grabbing anyones throat as Ive said 101 times? daley is a nutjob who needs psychiatric help....Im delighted he was booted. that case is closed....all Im simply saying her behaviour was deplorable and she should have been evicted, BB should have stepped in way sooner. shame on them

To be fair, sexism isn't necessarily a 'generalization' against a particular gender. That's ignorance more then anything else. Sexism is a prejudice and discrimination against a particular sex, a generalization in itself isn't necessarily enough to deem something sexist. IMHO at least.
