She could calmly take her aside and tell her to lay off, just like Kimberly did with Marlon, though I doubt it would end in a hug
L she doesn't need to have an argument about it, I really don't feel Jale is reacting like she would in a "normal" everyday situation if this sort of stuff was happening. Kudos to her for playing the perfect underdog game.
