Big Brother is a competition where the public votes for one of the contestants to win, presumably because they believe that person has qualities worth praising.
So her comments where she crudely mocks a woman who is near death are very relevant to a popularity based show like Big Brother.

Again that is taking it to the utmost edges of discussion, we do not need to go that far.
It's a game show, if you like him or her vote for them or not.
So don't vote for Katie if you don't like her
Bringing up extreme cases of worldwide strife and laying it at her door because she has an outspoken opinion, seems clutching at straws if you want to get her out of the house.
We know most of her opinions but some chose how she has been in the house as reason to vote for her. Others don't.
It will all be over soon and she will be gone apart from appearances on BBBOTS.
Also, I disagree with the qualities you quote for voting for a person, remember Helen Wood and Charlotte Crosby? I didn't care for them but accepted others did and sometimes it can be a vote against PC restraint, who knows, there will be another BB coming along in the summer which contestants will be more to your liking.
