Children are stupid and obnoxious... that's a fact. dare you to name a child that wasn't/isn't...

so people that prefer to spend time with children worry me.

I dote on my kids - still, even though they are not 'kids' anymore. I remember the time I was in tears when my middle child was seriously ill in intensive care and I begged God to take me and let him live, and my uncontainable elation when he recovered .

I remember the frustration of wishing I could take the pain of teething from them when they were helpless babies.

And I remember holding them and knowing that my absolute love for them was the most natural thing in the world.

None of my kids were ever 'stupid' or 'obnoxious' and they have repaid my devotion to them and any sacrifices I made a thousandfold, by growing up into decent, kind and caring intelligent young adults.
