First you heat some water, pour it in a cup, then add some cocoa and finally some milk and sugar and mix it up. Then you drink it.

Sometimes itīs not sweet enough. I donīt use much of it nowadays, but i used to put 5-10 spoons (tea spoons) of sugar in one mug.
