Texture is probably closest to an apricot, cant describe the flavour really, not really comparable to anything else I've had. More sweet than you're used to too.

Well they have tinned Jackfruit on e bay ! In syrup or brine ? So it comes sweet or salty.

Amazon have whole fresh Jackfruit as well !

Hmm, I've only ever had it straight from the tree. I'd go for syrup myself out of those options. But if Amazon are selling the entire fruit, then get that! You just might need some sort of chainsaw or machete to cut into it haha.
