Because she's in a relationship with him and he is her boyfriend.

Not having sex doesn't mean they're not together in a relationship.

There are lots of difference between a partner and friends that don't involve sex.

Same as any other day tbh. Waking early and being used as a trampoline, a punching bag, a sofa, a climbing frame, or some other random object that is not a human being...then falling into bed in pain once kids are in bed
