Yes, but it's for the lonely people who don't have much in the way of visitors and people looking out for them. There'll be a lot less patients outside of the OAP age range.

I imagine anyone in great need of constant medical attention would qualify to remain in a bed in hospital. This is for those who need a little time to recuperate, live isolated lives but are otherwise fine to be out of hospital.
B and B is what it says on the tin, no one is going to provide 3 meals a day and a room for 50.00, 90 kids a day are taken into care most of those will stay there who will be there for them in young adulthood? Or If they need surgery, it's a cop out to say it's elderly people who will need this predominantly
