| Turkey but specifically a moist, juicy one (whether it’s by glaze/specific marinade or s/t.-else) |

| Yeah, turkey’s cool. It doesn’t have to be a particularly moist variant |

In an ideal world, what would you rather have?

We had goose one year as Mr C used to have goose as a child....never again, its very dark and greasy meat, hence goose fat for potatoes!

I Love Niamh’s Brick

It’ll be a charcuterie board for me this Christmas.
![]() I’m not a massive turkey fan anyway. It’s average at best.

Turkey-wings (especially within certain cultural-cuisine contexts) are always a hit with me. I haven’t had as much of the thighs that haven’t been part of a Christmas-bird. I need to change that and maybe make some confit with them one day. Maybe with goose fat.

First jam, now goose. Flaming ada. To me, life’s better with those-two things in it. Not sure why you’re trying to delete the goods just-because you feel they’re a bit old-fashioned.
