The NHS were on top form in tonight's episode. We see Sian doubled over, she then gets a lift to the hospital, and before John Stape finished his little meeting with Colin Fishwick, Sian was operated on and she had woken up looking like she was dressed to go to the prom.

They are quite old though and not like the modern trams these days. I live in Sheffield and they are pretty quiet (apart from the bloody horn - when that sounds, you move! usually a foot skyward)
