I have not been to the gym in tiiiimee just rejoined and just do biceps and running. since im 17 this will be my first time benching going to be so embaressing starting like a bitch:( i'm serious about gym though going to try to go at least 4+ times. Just thinking about what to eat and about nutritional drinks and protein shakes lol:/ i don't need to gain weight though i think i can turn some of my fat back to muscle.

I would not have thought Robbie Keane enjoyed his Saturday night too much after Tottenham's 3-0 trouncing at the Emirates Stadium.

As the Spurs captain, I'm sure Keane had the club's best intentions at heart when he said before the game that their squad had greater strength in depth than Arsenal's.

He is probably regretting it now. Without Luka Modric, Jermain Defoe and Aaron Lennon, Spurs were not at their best and I'm sure that Keane realises he would have been better off keeping quiet.

Muscle groups, hmm no not really as im just starting trying various stuff, but if i were to as a beginner is 2 day for half hour each fine.

Each muscle group should have 3 - 5 exercises.

Not about time really for us, say chest we will do 4 exercises usually 3 compound 1 isolation.

Say Flat Bench press.
Incline dumbell press.
Decline Bench all compound
Then Cable flies or dumbell flies which is isolation.

spotter is important because you can try and go heavy with no real worry of hurting yourself.

17 and the basics well treadmill, bench press and legs ( any leg machine) but i want to try and do various things. Yes my brother used to go but he mostly did bench so i don't know. Be very very careful with deadlift... you could damage your back and that will stick for ages, dont go heavy, mind your form, do some research on it.
and get a belt like york or golds gym belt.

Yeah, i definately think you need a second striker, you havent got anyone on your bench other than torres (and gerrard but he's attacking midfield not out and out striker.) Who can score 15 - 20+ goals in all competitions.

You need to find someone who can play with him.

Along with, yeah a very good 2 defenders and 1 quality midfielder and just a good progressing youngster as extra back up in midfield. and you would have a great team.

Id say we have a great team now.

Last year and 3 years ago havent been good for us. 2 years ago we came 3rd just 4 points off the champions and 2 points of 2nd position.

but 04 - 05 we started going off that team came 2nd.
then 05 -06 was a terrible season.



Think we have a good team this year, likely to come top 3.

Yeah, i definately think you need a second striker, you havent got anyone on your bench other than torres (and gerrard but he's attacking midfield not out and out striker.) Who can score 15 - 20+ goals in all competitions.

You need to find someone who can play with him.

Along with, yeah a very good 2 defenders and 1 quality midfielder and just a good progressing youngster as extra back up in midfield. and you would have a great team.

Id say we have a great team now.

Last year and 3 years ago havent been good for us. 2 years ago we came 3rd just 4 points off the champions and 2 points of 2nd position.

but 04 - 05 we started going off that team came 2nd.
then 05 -06 was a terrible season.
