Yakubu has been one most prolific strikers in the league over the past 6-7 seasons or so. Everton will be so glad when hes back in the first XI. All they need now is Arteta to return - such a classy player.

Is legendary the top 1?
as my mate beats the top 1 like 4 - 0 each time..
its pointless playing him the best ive ever done is lose 3 -1 to him, once i lost 14 - 2 when i first played fifa.
I play on professional as arsenal but with a rubish team i think ill try semi pro, along with not playing it much recently.

Liverpool have reportedly increased their interest in Real Madrid winger Arjen Robben after it was revealed rivals Manchester United have become involved.
Reds boss Rafael Benitez is believed to be very keen on the Dutchman but may be put off by the £18million price tag Madrid have placed on him.
Man Utd would have no troubles paying that price if they decided to as Sir Alex Ferguson has yet to spend any of the £80million-Cristiano Ronaldo money.
It looks likely that Robben will return to the Premier League as he has fallen out of favour under Manuel Pellegrini but his destination is still unknown.

Joleon Lescott has finally completed his switch to Manchester City, delighting new manager Mark Hughes.
The England international was linked with City for much of the off season and has now signed with the Eastlands club for five years.
Hughes has been a major player in the transfer market, bringing some big names to the club but was very pleased when Lescott put pen to paper.
"I am absolutely delighted to welcome Joleon to Manchester City, " Hughes told the club's official website.
"He is an England international who has proved his Premier League ability during his time at Everton.
"In bringing Joleon to the club I feel we have recruited a defender of the very highest quality.
"He can play in a number of defensive positions, and I'm positive he will make a significant impact for us."

Livorno striker Alessandro Diamanti is set to join West Ham United.
The 26-year old is expected to sign a three-year deal worth €6.5million and join fellow Italian Gianfranco Zola at Upton Park.
Livorno president Aldo Spinelli said the deal was as good as done.
"It's practically done for Diamanti to West Ham,” he said.
"The player deserves to make the step up after his stint at Livorno. Just a few details need to be finalised before the move becomes official."

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has warned his players they will all be "ZEROES" if they fail against Champions League opponents Celtic tonight.
The Frenchman said: "If we drop points against Man United, you can always get them back. We still have 35 games to go. But lose this one and we are zeroes. There IS no way back.
"That's why it is a more important game than Old Trafford for this club - by far.
"It's not the financial blow that will matter if Celtic beat us, it's the fact we wouldn't be in the Champions League. You have to see how big this tournament is now.
"Only two English clubs have played for the last ten years consecutively and even Real Madrid have not made the last 16 for the past five years.
"So there are no guarantees, not for anybody. You have to fight for what you want. At Celtic we did that, we fought very hard.
"There's no reason why it will be any different at home. It is not job done, it's job still to be done.
"We have been in the quarter-final, semi-final and final of the Champions League in recent years, so that means that we are not far away.
"But it all counts for NOTHING if we do not finish the job we started in Glasgow last week.
"You have to reach the group stages and then see what we do from there."

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger expects a big night from Eduardo da Silva in tonight's Champions League clash with Celtic.
He said: "Then there is Eduardo, one of the players we missed terribly last season because he can score goals and he can provide. That's the unusual thing about our strikers, they can all do both.
"It's a massive season for him after being out for so long. He went out with that terrible broken leg before he could prove what a big player he will be.
"I had doubts about him coming back from his big injury, only a fool would not have. But with his strength of character, I have no doubts.
"This is the kind of game when we could see just how good he really is."

Manchester City's mega spending has not ended with their £24 million capture of Everton defender Joleon Lescott.
The Daily Mail says City have agreed a £6m deal for another striker - 18-year-old Serbia international Danijel Aleksic. Serbia international striker Aleksic, 18, will sign for City from Vojvodina.
He has been watched by Real Madrid and Villareal this season but was expected to move to either Ajax or Bayern Munich.
However, City have been alerted by Serbia national coach Raddy Antic and have made their move to head off other interest.
Last year, Aleksic represented Serbia at U17, U19, U21 and at full squad level.

Arsenal will offer new deals to youngsters Alexandre Song and Fran Merida, according to a report in the Daily Mirror this morning.
Fran Merida has established himself in the Arsenal first-team squad this season and played 19 minutes of the 4-1 win over Portsmouth on Saturday.
The 19-year-old midfielder came through the Barcelona youth set-up like Cesc Fabregas and joined the Gunners four years ago.
According to John Cross in the Mirror: "Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is pleased with Merida... [and] has got himself in good shape after a hard pre-season and will now be a regular member of the first team squad."
Cross adds: "Arsenal’s emerging midfielder Alex Song, given a new deal last season, is set to be offered improved terms. Song has made great strides and become a first team regular and Wenger is anxious his progress be rewarded."
Song has established himself as the first-team’s holding midfielder and impressed in Arsenal’s opening two games of the season against Everton and Celtic. The Cameroon international (12 caps) is expected to start tonight’s Champions League second leg qualifier against Celtic.

Wenger insists Gallas is still fighting to land a new deal at the end of this season.

Defender Joleon Lescott has rejected the criticism he received from Everton boss David Moyes during the build-up to his transfer to Manchester City.
Moyes claimed the 27-year-old England player showed "poor attitude" before sanctioning the move to Eastlands in a deal thought to be worth about £22m.
"I was disappointed in the comments," said Lescott.
"I feel they were inaccurate. I'd like to address them at a later date and talk more positively about my move."
Lescott missed much of Everton's pre-season campaign after revealing his desire to leave Goodison Park but was cheered every time he touched the ball in the 2-1 friendly victory over Malaga on 7 August.
Blackburn hope to conclude a deal to sign right-back Pascal Chimbonda from Tottenham by the end of the week for a fee believed to be around £2m.
Rovers chairman John Williams has confirmed to BBC Radio Lancashire that the clubs are in negotiations for the 30-year-old France international.
Chimbonda rejoined Tottenham in January after six months with Premier League rivals Sunderland.
He began his career in England at Wigan after joining from French side Bastia.
Liverpool have sent Hungarian striker Krisztian Nemeth out on loan to Greek side AEK Athens.
The 20-year-old, who has yet to make a first team appearance for Rafael Benitez's side, has signed a contract with AEK until the end of the season.
"I am coming to a big club in a great city," the under-21 international said. "I hope we can win the championship."
Benitez signed Nemeth and compatriot Andras Simon in May 2007 after seeing them at the UEFA U17 championships.
Simon has been loaned out to Spanish club Cordoba CF for the rest of the season.
Nemeth scored 18 goals in 37 league games for MTK Hungarie and helped the club finish second in the Hungarian league in 2007.
World Cup winner Jack Charlton has been taken to hospital after collapsing during a family holiday in Spain.
The 74-year-old was taken to a private clinic after falling ill in Mascarat on the Costa Blanca complaining of eye problems, his son John said.
Tests were inconclusive and he was discharged to return to his family.
Born in Northumberland, he played for Leeds United and became manager of Middlesbrough, Sheffield Wednesday, Newcastle and the Republic of Ireland.
heffield Wednesday manager Brian Laws has placed former England striker Francis Jeffers on the transfer list.
Jeffers, 29, was sent off for a head-butt during his side's 2-0 Carling Cup defeat by Port Vale on Tuesday.
Laws told the club website: "His conduct was totally unacceptable and something this club will not tolerate.
"We have therefore enforced the heaviest punishment available with immediate effect and transfer listed the player."
Jeffers, who signed for the Owls in 2007, was sent off after appearing to head-butt Port Vale player Tommy Fraser.
Laws added: "The kind of behaviour enacted on Tuesday night is completely unacceptable and does not represent what Sheffield Wednesday stands for."

Lescott sets top four target
Sylvinho delighted to be back in England
Joleon Lescott has admitted that he joined Manchester City to challenge for a UEFA Champions League spot.
The England international completed a big-money move to Eastlands from Everton on Tuesday, bringing an end to a protracted transfer saga.
He joins a City revolution intended to help the club break into the Premier League's top four this season.
Lescott admits it is that ambition which drew him to Mark Hughes' side, and he feels he has made the right move in order to further his career.
"Everyone outside of the top four are aiming for the same thing and I just feel, at this moment in time, that Manchester City are better equipped to get there quicker than Everton," he said.
"It's been well documented that I wanted the move and I'm delighted it's been done now.
"It's been exciting. I wanted the change. I've moved to Manchester City and I'm glad it's over."
Lescott also responded to criticism from former boss David Moyes, who questioned his attitude, claiming the Toffees boss was wide of the mark.
"I was disappointed in the comments, I feel they're inaccurate," he said.
"I'd like to address them at a later date and talk more positively about my move here.
"I don't think I disrespected any of the players. If I did I apologise."
Exciting
Lescott was officially unveiled as a City player on Wednesday alongside fellow new recruit Sylvinho.
The experienced full-back joins the Blues as a free agent following his release by Barcelona, and the Brazilian admits he is delighted to be back in England eight years after he left Arsenal for Camp Nou.
"It's a good time to be here. It's an exciting time for the club. I'm really proud to be here again, in the Premier League," he said.
"When I played for Arsenal it improved my game a lot. When you come to the Premier League you improve and play better. I think it will help me again.
"I know I can help with the team and I know they can help me. I know I can help, but I'm not thinking about the first team. I'm just going to do my work and that's it."
Sylvinho has signed a one-year contract with City, but he believes he is capable of competing at the highest level past next summer and has no plans to move into coaching just yet.
"I could play maybe four or five years more. You never know," he smiled.
"I have a contract for a year, so I am very happy. I will just try to help the team. It's a good time to be here at this club. I will help to make the club even bigger than they are.
"I believe in the project and I believe in the coach. I believe we can do a lot of things in the future."

Sulaiman Al Fahim announces ownership of Pompey
Sulaiman Al Fahim has announced he has bought Pompey, The News can reveal.
The conclusion to the deal brings to an end months of speculation surrounding Pompey's future.
A statement sent to The News by Ivo Ilic Gabara, Al Fahim's spokesman, said: 'Devondale Investments, the current owner of Portsmouth FC, and Al Fahim Asia Associates Ltd. (AAA), a company fully owned by Sulaiman Al Fahim, Chairman of the Board of Portsmouth FC, have reached an agreement whereby AAA has become the new sole owner of the Club.
'Sulaiman Al Fahim welcomed this agreement and looks forward to helping the Club build on its impressive history and achieve new successes in the Premier League.
'The chairman of the club would like to extend his gratitude to the players, staff and supporters of Portsmouth FC who have shown an extraordinary level of commitment and loyalty to this great club.'
The News has also been told that Peter Storrie's deal to buy the club will no longer go ahead.
News of a takeover headed by Pompey's chief executive broke last week after it looked like Al Fahim's bid to buy the club had hit the rocks.
Yesterday sources at the club revealed Storrie's 'Plan B' deal was imminent and his mystery backer would be announced in the next 24 hours.
But today's announcement confirms that Sulaiman Al Fahim will be the man in charge as Pompey look to fight their way clear from the foot of the Premier Leagie table.

Who's that team we all adore
They're the boys in royal blue and they are Scotland's gallant few
And we are out to show the world what we can do
So bring on the Hibs, the Hearts, the Celtic
Bring on Spaniards by the score
And we will hope that every game, we will immortalise the name
Of the boys that wear the famous royal blue

Ipswich have agreed a fee with Sunderland for midfielder Grant Leadbitter, skysports.com reports.
Leadbitter's representative, Matthew Buck of the PFA, has confirmed they have been given permission to open talks with Ipswich.
"A fee has been agreed between Sunderland and Ipswich for Grant and we have been given permission to open talks with Ipswich," Buck told skysports.com.
"We are heading down for talks now and we will see what happens."

Spartak Moscow have offered to pay Tottenham £10million to bring Roman Pavlyuchenko back to Russia.
The out of favour striker fears for his Russian World Cup place should he not be playing regularly.
"We need a good striker," said Spartak coach Valery Karpin. "It's a bit too much. If the price was £10million we would seriously consider it."
Johann
26-08-2009, 05:35 PM
The possible departure of Roman Pavlyuchenko has led to reports that Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp could turn his attention to out of favour Real Madrid striker Ruud van Nistelrooy.
The former Manchester United striker is available as Madrid look to trim their squad.
Spurs enquired about the 33 year old in June but the Dutchman's £90,000-a-week wage demands put a stop to further talks.
The Spanish giants are looking for a fee of around £6m.

Top 10 Transfers In Waiting.... According too... THE SUN!
Here Football Spy supremo Darren Lewis runs the rule over the 10 biggest deals that could still happen this week.
1) Frank Ribery (Bayern Munich to Chelsea)
Despite Ribery's public commitment to the Bayern cause, speculation remains rife that the Blues are set to lodge a bid for the 26-year-old France star. With Carlo Ancelotti having overseen the arrival of Ross Turnbull, Daniel Sturridge and Yuri Zhirkov, the Italian is still keen on adding a marque signing to his squad.
Football Spy verdict: The one that could go to the very last day. Bayern wont sell but Chelsea could still make them an offer they cant refuse.
2) Steven Taylor (Newcastle to Everton)
David Moyes needs defensive reinforcements following the departure of Joleon Lescott to Manchester City. Taylor who was expected to lead the exodus from St James' Park following Newcastle's relegation, is available - but he'll cost a cool £10million.
Football Spy verdict: The Toffees will offer him a route out of a sticky situation at Newcastle.
3) Blaise Matuidi (Saint-Étienne to Arsenal)
With captain Cesc Fabregas an injury concern for Arsene Wenger, the Gunners bosswill redouble his efforts to land this French U-21 international, dubbed 'the new Makele', as his stand-in.
Football Spy verdict: The man to provide the silk to the Gunners' steel.
4) Rafael Van der Vaart (Real Madrid to Arsenal)
Following the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo, Kaka and Xabi Alonso, the Dutch playmaker has fallen down the pecking order at the Bernabeu. That may allow Arsene Wenger to launch an audacious bid for the former Ajax star who will be keen to justify his selection for Holland ahead of next summer's 2010 World Cup.
Football Spy verdict: Every deadline day needs its surprise deal - and this could well be it.
5) Sylvain Distin (Portsmouth to Aston Villa or Everton)
Having reportedly handed in a transfer request, Distin is set for a move away from Fratton Park. The Frenchman has been linked with a move to the Midlands, but Everton have cash to splash following Joleon Lescott's big money move to Man City.
Football Spy verdict: Relegation-haunted Pompey or a Villa side that have just beaten Liverpool? Hmmmm.
6) Stephen Warnock (Blackburn to Aston Villa)
The defender was left out of Rovers' squad for their 2-1 defeat at Sunderland and boss Sam Allardyce has reportedly set a deadline for Aston Villa to match his £8m valuation of the former Liverpool defender. And, as we all know, Big Sam is a hard man to move.
Football Spy verdict: Warnock is nailed on for a spot in the Villa back line.
7) Marouane Chamakh (Bordeaux to West Ham)
The striker initially mooted as Emanuel Adebayor's replacement at Arsenal has now emerged as a prime West Ham target. Gianfranco Zola has lodged a £7m move for the Moroccan international, who he hopes to spearhead the Irons attack alongside Carlton Cole.
Football Spy verdict: A headline writer's dream. Fleet Street is praying that the Hammers can make this happen.
8) Alessandro Diamanti (Livorno to West Ham)
If the Hammers fail in their attempt to lure Chamakh, Zola will turn his attention to Italian hot-shot Diamanti instead - whose 16 goals last year, helped Livorno to promotion from Serie B. The Italian club's president Aldo Spinelli has claimed "It's practically a done deal."
Football Spy verdict: The East End will get its new Paolo Di Canio
9) James Collins (West Ham to Stoke or Aston Villa)
Tony Pulis is confident of luring the defender to the Britannia stadium despite the fact he's started both West Ham games so far this season. Zola is reported to be holding out for £5m for the Welsh centre-half.
Football Spy verdict: A tricky one this. Villa like him a lot as
well. Could go either way.
10) Luke Young (Aston Villa to Hull)
The former Charlton full-back, who has been on compassionate leave following the tragic death of his half-brother, has been continually linked with a move away from the club. The arrival of Habib Beye from Newcastle has further fuelled rumours Young is heading for the exit door and don't be surprised if Phil Brown makes a late move.
Football Spy verdict: The KC might suit him better than Villa Park.
For me :
1) Could happen i guess they havent made a big signing and expect them to so.. - 7/10.
2) Easily go go through anyday - 9/10.
3) Good chance he has been linked all summer and Wenger likes to drag them out - 8/10.
4) Depends how much they want, if its under 10m then id say - 7-8/10, if not then 5-6/10.
5) I think he will leave as much as they don't want him to - 10/10.
6) I also think this will go through, easily - 9/10.
7) Unsure about this, haven't seen much news on it, could be a surprise but i don't think he will - 4/10.
8) Seems more likely than above - 7/10.
9) Im not sure if he's gonne leave this window - 5/10.
10) I think it could happen and is likely is Aston villa do sign a replacement - 7/10.
The out of 10 is just how likely i think that it will happen.
