So why is that only Moyes fault?

Players are paid ridiculous amounts of money to do their job, and their job is to play football that's what your club pays them a wage for, Their job is not to decide who manages the football club.

You saw yesterday that when the players put the effort in they can be a good team, so when all said and done the players didn't put the effort in for your club (not Moyes) this season, they were stealing a wage of your club and didn't care less about trying for you fans.

At Everton Moyes managed a smaller squad with less International players on much less wages then your team of so called superstars and qualified them for the champions league.

So you can say they didn't want to play for Moyes all you want, but that just means they didn't want to play for Manchester Glazer United PLC. They tossed it off while your fans spent good hard earned money supporting them.

Brother Leon
27-04-2014, 04:41 PM
True though

Making your team that organised defensively is arguably the hardest thing to coach in football. Pure bitterness from him, because he knows Mourinho exposed his lack of a plan B.

Locke.
27-04-2014, 04:54 PM
It's not hard to stick 9 men behind the ball for 90 minutes, any top team could do it without conceding.

And we had a plan B, it was Iago Aspas.

Jesus.
27-04-2014, 04:56 PM
What plan B can anyone have when teams play like that? The only thing you can do is sign 2 6ft7" lads and cross it in all day long.

He's done that against better teams than Liverpool and it's impossible to play against top quality players when they play like that. The difference between Allardyce and Jose, is that one of them gets to have better players on the pitch to do the damage at the other end.

Brother Leon
27-04-2014, 04:57 PM
It's not hard to stick 9 men behind the ball for 90 minutes, any top team could do it without conceding.

And we had a plan B, it was Iago Aspas.

If that was the case while winning 2-0 then every top team would do it surely??

Drew.
27-04-2014, 04:58 PM
Can't blame Mourinho, expect him with the players he's got to actually go out there and play attacking football but he's kept a clean sheet and won the game. I must be one of the only ones that doesn't mind it when teams defend like that, there's more than 1 way to win a game. Frustrating when you're the team facing it though.

Locke.
27-04-2014, 05:00 PM
If that was the case while winning 2-0 then every top team would do it surely??

No because some people like to play football.

It's not even playing that way that was the annoying thing anyway, it's the hypocrisy of it. He went on massive rants about West Ham and Spurs doing it against Chelsea and then goes and does it himself.

Jesus.
27-04-2014, 05:01 PM
If that was the case while winning 2-0 then every top team would do it surely??

Surely if City win this time it will seem a bit flukey. They're not fluking it but ... I dunno ... I guess in narrative terms it's Liverpool's and any other team sailing to it would seem a bit derp. I've been proud of the knowledge I've showcased during this season tbh. :idc:

When you see the quality of the City squad anyway (even though it is definitely overhyped in terms of 'LOOK HOW MANY PLAYERS YOU'VE GOT (used the least out of the top teams this season), SOME GET INJURED AND YOU'RE FINE' when we look like **** if both Yaya and Silva are out) then we should be winning the league anyway, but I do understand your fluke claims, we should have been out of it after the draw with Sunderland yet we've got another chance to take it, and with Everton having a load of key players injured for our game next week, we could strike our way to the title, but I still think it'll be tough.

The largest independent online poll of West Ham United supporters ever conducted has resulted in more than three quarters of voters failing to back Sam Allardyce.

More than 12,500 people took part in the survey that was the result of a collaboration between 16 West Ham websites, blogs and forums.

And after four days of voting, 77.95% expressed the view that Sam Allardyce should not be retained as West Ham manager next season with the remaining 22.05% opting to retain his services beyond the summer.

The survey ran from Thursday until 7pm last night (Sunday). It is thought to be the largest opinion poll ever undertaken of the club's supporters.

Of those who voted, 27 per cent said they were season ticket holders, with a further nine per cent attending more than half of each season's matches.

However 65 per cent of those voting admiited to attending less than half of West Ham's matches, with 25 per cent never attending matches live, for varying reasons (but watching instead via TV/internet).

28 per cent of those who voted live in London, 26 per cent in the South East and 12 per cent in East Anglia. 14 per cent of voters are based overseas.

Most respondents were in the 36-45 age bracket, closely followed by those aged from 46-55.

Nearly one in three voters - some 4,850 in total - left comments.

On Bluemoon there was a thread the day after about how we had some cretins taking coke in the toilets when kids were in there, I don't even know how much of it was true </3.. I can't find the thread now, but there was something about it. I don't think it ever made the press though, so I doubt it was a major incident.

Every club has **** fans

Yes.

But they have now accused Everton,United,City,Sunderland and Chelsea twice of doing this and been proven to be lying. Every time to pretty much deflect from their own twatness or behavior. Hell, they went as far as to make a fake United fan twitter account talking of his "shame" when the tweet was posted while United fans were still kept in Anfield. It's pathetic behavior. Or when they bricked City fan's coach after they respected the Hillsborough tribute beautifully and then went on to accuse them of it.

Of course it doesn't and won't get any media attention though..

Shaun
28-04-2014, 08:47 PM
in all honesty I don't see why Hillsborough is such a huge deal... it's treated like 9/11 by some fans :umm2: obviously tragic but there's so much ill opinion about it on all sides, just wish people would stop talking about it

Drew.
28-04-2014, 08:54 PM
Thats 4th place done and dusted, our league campaign is pretty much over after tonight. Ozil, Koscielny and Ramsey yet again amazing.

If the goal difference between the top 2 is down to 5 or 6 on the final day Liverpool could quite easily get that against this Newcastle side, should be a great end to the season for the title and relegation.

Brother Leon
28-04-2014, 08:55 PM
It's a huge tragedy. Hell..for me it effects me more than 9/11 with it being at an English football match. Could of been any of us. My heart truly goes to those effected and the two times I went Anfield I was chilled when looking at the memorial. It's just sad that false accusations that severe are made, which is my point.

Adrian San Miguel del Castillo says the drinks are on him if West Ham break their four-match losing streak with victory against Spurs.

And there are no prizes for guessing the taste of the tipple which he’ll be serving up.

In fact, the Spanish goalkeeper believes he may even be a descendent of the San Miguel family who first brewed the nation’s flagship beer.

‘Some people in my family might have owned San Miguel in the old days,’ he laughs.

‘Obviously, the players make jokes about it. But I promise that if we beat Spurs then I will buy a round of San Miguel for the lads!’
