You look at the celebrations from all at city, and you know how big this win was
I got caught up in that game, i never cheer City, but i was out of my seat for that winning goal.

i've watched a replay of the winning goal, the pass from kevin was insane, and then oscar bobb had to do quite a bit to finish it off

Fabulous…
Newcastle UFC get what they deserve .. nowt

The snag now is that Newcastle will tire quirky at this rats and then have nobody decent to bring on .. whilst City have Grealish , KDB , Nunez , Bobb and Lewis

True enough ..

Roughhouse tactics from both Everton and Villa !!
Coleman just hacked down the Villa wide man and left the guy in agony .. Coleman screams ‘ never touched him’ .. replays show clear contact on his shin below the shin pad
The poor guy gets up and hobbles off to booos from the Everton crowd !!

ManU have home advantage plus a far better bench today - although I do rate Gill highly

No, im not bias. I LIKE Robertson, i LIKE VVD, i LIKE Mac Allister because they get stuck in, they don't take sh!t, they smash into opponents. Im not critical of that kind of the play, i embrace it. You're the one crying week in week out when a player from a team you don't like makes a tackle ffs.
Remember, the ONLY time Arsenal EVER won anything was when they had leaders who smashed the fcuk out of opponents. They were strong, rough, and others feared them. Now they're like fairies who can't win anything, ever.

He needs to get out of there pronto
He could do with having a fabulous second half if he lasts that long .. and get a hattrick..
Sadly there is no creativity to help him
Brentford are absolutely dire
That was the worst piece of defending I’ve ever seen .. his first clearance was an awful miskick then it bounced back to him and he miskicked again high and back into his own box .. seconds later he turned his back one shot which flew into the net !

Manchester United striker Anthony Martial will be sidelined for around 10 weeks following "successful" groin surgery, the club have confirmed.
The 28-year-old has not featured for United since the 3-0 home defeat by Bournemouth on 9 December.
The injury rules Martial out until April, with the Frenchman's United contract due to expire in the summer.
Supposedly ManU will accept offers around £50 million for Sancho , same apples to Antony

2-0. Chelsea look awful, Liverpool don't even need to try. Will switch off when they score the 3rd.
Chelsea have looked good recently, but they haven't turned up for this one. Should have had a pen earlier on, but this is just like a training routine for Liverpool. Maidstone would give them a better game.

There is that way of looking at things I guess though I think having no CF will scupper Arsenal again . They will never have a better chance of winning the league and should have thrown £100 million to Brentford.

Crazy how they get the best out of players time after time
They also have bladdy Greizman playing brilliantly again after he flopped dreadfully st Barca
I think we bought him for €100 million and more or less gave him back for free
:(
it happens with so many players, they move to top teams with sky high expectations, and then we never hear from them again. There are so many variables that make a player a success. That's why Ronaldo will always be at the top of the pile, because he did it wherever he played. I can't stand him now, but his level of success cannot be denied

Footballers to have attracted criticism for reported laughing gas use include Mason Greenwood, Jack Grealish, Raheem Sterling, Leon Bailey, Saido Berahino, Alexandre Lacazette, Matteo Guendouzi, Mesut Ozil, and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Last year the drug was linked to the death of 29-year-old former Ajax winger Jody Lukoki. According to the BBC, "police reported that Lukoki had died of natural causes – an infection with unknown roots but which had possibly been caused by months of alleged substance abuse, when the so-called laughing gas became anything but funny".
It's crazy to think that Arsenal win actually puts the race for the title back in City's hands. With KDB back and hitting form, and if Haaland comes back goal scoring you'd have to think it'll be City's title yet again.
I'm no Liverpool fan, but i wouldn't be upset if they won in Klopp's last season. I don't want to see Arsenal win it, and Spurs have no chance now which is great.
i dont think city will win every game in their run in like previous years, but we will see. I think it could go all the way till the final game

Yeah I think ManC are weaker than last season so that gives Liverpool and now Arsenal a chance
Even Spurs when they have Maddison back to full fitness plus Son .. plus Bissouma and Sarr running the midfield again

Liverpool
Brighton
Arsenal
Aston Villa
All that said .. Liverpool and Arsenal also have some tough upcoming matches
Maybe it will all come down to squad strength and injuries

he must have seen red for that assault?
I saw footage of the ref waving a yellow card at him so I presumed it was a second yellow but maybe VAR recommended to change it to a straight red. ?

Just got back from the the Forest v Liverpool game. Forest are the doziest dopiest club in the Pram Hudson Odoi tries to dribble in his own penalty from a corner in stoppage time. It was virtually the last action of the game. He should have put it on top of the stand but he decided to dribble out and the rest is history. Dopy Dozy football.
I dont think I watched the champions today , i should say hope, cuz Forest matched Liverpool. The game should have been 0-0 or 1-1. Forest had at least two great chances to score. Elanga in particular is one of the most frustrating players to watch A lot of pace and not much else.. Also someone needs to tell him that the goal is in the middle of the pitch and not by the corner flag cuz he has a tendency to run out wide.
Forest could have influenced the title race but they were too dopey to take advantage.
It's crazy to think that Villa (if they hold on against Luton) will be only 3 points off Arsenal!

What's that got to do with the bleeding price of cheese. You could have said Villa are five points clear of Spurs but you chose, for some reason, to comment on Arsenal.

Because Arsenal are the team directly above them, and Villa are having their best season in years?! The aim is to look above, no?

Well, they won in the end.OK if your say so but I'm not sure. Villa are still very unlikely to finish in third - unless Arsenal bottle ik like you hope - so why the comparison. The race to 4th in genuinely a race. Trust me, Villa are not in the race for. third We win our game in hand and we go six point above them. That's not a race. .

And Arsenal have Villa at home soon. Six points ahead in March and its not Man City or Liverpool who are capable of going on a 10 plus game winning run . I'm confident Arsenal and Villa are not fighting for the same league position

I dislike Spurs a lot more Arsenal, and i don't care about where Villa finish. Im just saying, it's great for Villa being only 3 points off 3rd/Arsenal.
But yeah, Arsenal are prone to bottling like Spurs, so will be interesting to see. And before yous say "oh well Chelsea are sh!t" i know they are, i know they're awful and pathetic atm.

That's the narrative that everyone wants to follow but getting beaten by a team that went on to win the treble is hardy bottling. I would agree that when Arsenal knew they couldn't win the league the performances dropped off considerably but losing to Man City is no disgrace
I think Arsenal are stronger this year. The only time I would say Arsenal have underperformed in the league were against Newcastle and Fulham. Arsenal should have beaten West Ham in December and had much the better chances. Arsenal kept Liverpool to .,98XG at Anfield and no scouse fan is gonna tell me they were the better team on the day and we beat them 3-1 at the Emirates and again no scouse fan is even gonna attempt to tell me they were in that game. We had to score their goal for them they toothless upfront. We've beaten Man City and Man Utd too.
I see a team that may be hardened from the experience of last year. I hope but there is a lot of football to play

Exactly !!
It’s absolute bollox to refer to Arsenal as bottlers for losing the league to a team who went onto win 4 ( or 5 ) trophies and is one of the best teams ever seen .. shame they bought their success .. and broke 115 rules along the way

it's going to come down to the number of competitions the top 3 remain in keeping injuries to a minimum. The team that gets through that the best will win the league

The same happened in Scotland for years, celtic were given extra minutes at the end to find a goal. Just because other teams have had a favourable hand from the referee doesn't make it right.

Zizu, have you watched any of the last 5 or 6 seasons?
This is why the bloke frustrates me so much, his bias for his teams being great, at all times, and every other team not being great, ever, is just so tiresome!
I mean, only better (arguably) English player than Foden in the world atm, this season, is Bellingham. But of course because Foden plays for City, and not Arsenal, Spurs or Liverpool he's unimpressive and overrated.
Zizu, have you watched any of the last 5 or 6 seasons?
Ive explained my thinking and even shown the five results ( against duff teams ) in the period I was referring to
Cant do more than that .. sorry
I don’t think they are as impressive as past seasons. ..
They have been without Grealish for a while who was fantastic last season , they sold Mahrez , Gundogan and even an emergent Palmner and brought in Doku who flatters to deceive .
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
They are 1 point behind liverpool. Those points came from half a season without grealish, kdb and partially haaland. So they are doing perfectly fine

I suggested that they weren’t winning impressively ( Luton aside ) … but just doing enough - as shown in those 5 games I highlighted

City have always done enough to win the game they are playing. Game management. Thats how they keep the team in peak form in all competitions. It's what they have done for years

It's what champions do! Look at Utd under Fergie, they were very impressive at times, but others not so much, yet they grind out the results. It's something i think Liverpool have now too, a lot of the time they play well, but even when they're not impressive now they get results. Chelsea did it when they were actually decent. I mean hell, under Jose in his first two seasons we would go 2-0 up and pretty much shut up shop, it wasn't always fun to watch, but we were successful.
City far from impressive again today
