It is the very definition of crash dieting
.If it's been done on medical advice that's one thing (there are various medical reasons to fast) but that is literally the only time people should be considering it ... I'm genuinely a bit concerned that someone is going to read this thread and decide it's a great idea to stop eating for a couple of days, or only drink juice for a month.
