Mitchell
30-03-2014, 05:51 PM
My second will have to be Natalie, you've been a real help and you know I'm a big fan of yours and loved working with you in the first tasks, but I think Salman and Annie both are key to what we still need to do, plus I'd like a man and a woman.
Sorry Natalie :(
Loukas
30-03-2014, 05:53 PM
Omg ouch!
I'm going with Kyle, cause he's done the least work on the team.
My second one is really hard cause I feel so lucky to have them on my team, they are all stars that have worked really hard so far. :(
Loukas
30-03-2014, 05:57 PM
I'm going to go with Pete, no hard feelings man! :( you've worked way harder than I thought you would tbh, you've been a big help and thank you for working so, so hard! When I give the presentation expect to see your name mentioned a couple times.

Main task;
Hello and welcome to Team Pothuthics pitch of the TiBB Christmas Party.
We will be holding this at the New Alexandra Theatre in Birmingham, we chose Birmingham as its the nearest place to everybody we feel as is in the middle of the country.
http://i1252.photobucket.com/albums/hh569/pothuthic2/a765e922d6ccc4180e834daff06ed9ae.jpg
http://i1252.photobucket.com/albums/hh569/pothuthic2/c73d2acdf6d10a2195928c8a7b80154f.jpg
The stall seating will be removed to make the area a dance floor with a buffet table at the back.
All night long guests can visit the Diary Room which will be manned by Big Brothers very own Marcus Bentley set in one of the theatres dressing rooms, in there you can speak to Big Brother in Celebrity Big Brother 11's wintery chair now owned by Rylan!
http://i1252.photobucket.com/albums/hh569/pothuthic2/c73d2acdf6d10a2195928c8a7b80154f.jpg
When we arrive in the theatre a screen will display a message from Big Brother's Emma Willis which will inform the guests that tonight Big Brother is setting them a task, all night guests will be playing 'Ignore The Obvious' where guests will have to ignore random occurrences including shock suits, zombie apocalypses, a live performance of 'Never Gonna Give You Up' by Rick Astley, Titan The Robot and John James from BB11 arriving dressed as a crab like on the show.
http://i1252.photobucket.com/albums/hh569/pothuthic2/4b40996c23d3756b88c2456a055cccf9.jpg
The stage will be decorated like this, with access to the diary room through the door*http://i1252.photobucket.com/albums/hh569/pothuthic2/b31d8a7e86e4f8f579b6b81cc80153e4.jpg
Big Brother may call guests into the diary room to give out secret tasks to be competed to win prizes (including a piñata, a free drink at the bar for everyone and many others)
Here is our menu designed by the fabulous AnnieK
http://i1252.photobucket.com/albums/hh569/pothuthic2/6eb90b8e4c45eea090a55811eee82362.jpg
The party will be held on Monday December 15th, it will be from 6pm until 1am.
There is a hotel just down the road where people can book a hotel room (http://www.radissonblu.co.uk/hotel-birmingham) there is loads of hotels near if this one gets booked (which being the height it is shouldn't be a problem!)
http://i1252.photobucket.com/albums/hh569/pothuthic2/84585059d44fbcee7eae6e219c89ad11.jpg
The hotel looks all Christmassy and would be perfect in December!

Also party guests will be invited to leave some comments in there, here are some ones left in advance from various members;
Black Dagger: I enjoy it because I can be me l-o-l. I can talk about subjects I want to talk about and argue with faily messes on and off season, plus at times it's helped me find decent new music to listen to.
Germyle: because it's a place where black people can be who they are and not be judged on their skin colour.
LeatherTrumpet: I enjoy Tibb because it has lovely people, great smilies and tolerates my mild trolling.
Pothuthic: I love TiBB off season, it's a lot of fun and I've met some very close friends on here
Jack_: I enjoy TiBB mainly because of the people on here, I feel like we're one big family. There's some people I consider genuine friends, others maybe not so much but I enjoy the discussions that are had regardless, there's quite a diverse range of people on here and I learn a lot from it
Shaun: I like the sense of community and the number of members who really care about each other and try to make it a fun site to spend time on.
Sam: I enjoy Tibb because there is a lot of stuff to chat about like Music/Chat & Big Brother and there are people on here that make me laugh it's like*
the site I go on the most.
Katherine: I love Tibb cos it's like my own personal therapy session, there's a lot of very caring people on here that have been very good to me, they know who they are and I'd walk over hot coals for them
JackF:*What I love about tibb is the great community we have here. Tibb is one of the friendliest forums I have been on :)
Glenn:*I reason I love TiBB so much is that even after a crappy day in real life, there is always someone online to make me smile.
Kazanne:*I love TIBB as it is a break from the norm, where I can chat to like minded people.sometimes it makes me laugh, other times I grit my teeth, but in general I've met lovely people and the members are pretty diverse and I wish I had more time to play the games, but it's fun watching how things unfold
Saph: I come on TiBB because it's a beautiful place to be
Salman!:*For me, I enjoy tibb because it's a great source for information and has introduced me to a variety of new music, TV shows and websites (like tumblr & last.fm) among other things. it's also a great place to just let loose everything that's on your mind and find people that share the same interests as you
AnnieK:*I joined TiBB during BB13 and never expected to stay longer than the series but here I still am...I've made some great friends, had some laughs, been given some great advice....no matter how hard I've tried to stay away sometimes, I miss the place and people...
Thanks everyone and I hope you love our time capsule!
Pete.

Mitch, I'll start with your final task.
Firstly, well done. This is a big step up for you and a lot of the work here has impressed me! From first glances, the idea of TiBB TShirts with members' avatars is a smart and sweet touch, and I especially liked your team's idea to source time capsule entries from plenty of members. I think your Time Capsule side-challenge is immensely strong and I look forward to Loukas trying to top it
As for your party organisation, I really liked the Big Brother theme that surrounds it and think it's the best and safest idea to please most of the forum members (even if a few of them have moved on from the show or whatever).
My first question is - would you please remove Labrinth's "Earthquake" from the party playlist as it gives me a migraine?

With my team's time capsule we went down a different route ;)
Shaun
31-03-2014, 06:39 PM
My second question concerns the logistics of the TiBB Christmas party. You stated that various audience guests will be called to the Diary Room on the stage; I was just wondering if this would present any problems with the theatre having many balconies and not much in the way of walkways. I think maybe an open room with tables (such as award ceremony halls) would work better.
I also think a couple of extra touches thrown in could've made the 'event' a little more cohesive. Perhaps links to train ticket websites to Birmingham, or little maps with travel instructions, that you'd get in leaflets for big events. But I liked your locations and the fact you thought to seek a hotel for the event :)
My next question concerns your designs: were there any, in any part of your presentation, you weren't 100% happy with and would be willing to change? Because I have one in mind and I'm interested to see if we're on the same wavelength ;)

The diary room is in a dressing room backstage, the door will lead to it :)
The balconies are all out of bounds for the party :)
Thinking about it maybe that might have been a flaw, but im sure that is a minor flaw.
I'd personally change the goody bags, but as Annie came up with it I thought its best to leave it there as I'm sure there's a reason behind it :)
Shaun
31-03-2014, 06:49 PM
Yeah that was the one I meant  It was a bit... stockphotoey. But I did like Annie's design idea for the menu (the text is a little faded though :( )
My final question regarding this task (Kate - do you have any to add?) is this: obviously you haven't seen Loukas' entry yet, but in a paragraph, what do you hope to come from the event, and how many members do you think it would accommodate?
Pete.
31-03-2014, 06:52 PM

Yeah that's what I thought too
I hope for TiBB to have a lot of fun, I hope for them to get to meet with each other, meet various housemates and have a fun big brother experience, and I think the members would love that!
I'd say it could accommodate the demand, I think realistically we'd get 100 people tops from TiBB? (being completely realistic as surely not everyone would come and there's only a selection)
Kate!

I have one task related question? How do you think you performed as a leader for this double task?
Shaun
31-03-2014, 07:00 PM
OK - thanks Mitch. Now, before we hand over to Loukas, and after you've answered Kate, I have these questions regarding your full time on the show, and I believe Kate has some more for you too  I'll ask them all at once though so as not to draw this out too long. I have more questions for the both of you than I have for individuals though so I'll ask most of them once I've seen Loukas' presentation :)
Mitch, When - in which task - do you believe you've shown your best leadership qualities?
Who do you believe has been the member in the game who's tested you the most and motivated you to work even harder?
And you've been in the boardroom twice now, whereas Loukas has only been once, but you have been a team leader; do you think this is an advantage or disadvantage?

I believe this task showed them off to the best I could, obviously these team members simply were there to help me out, they weren't there for their personal gain (as they weren't in the competition) so I felt I motivated them enjoy for them to do fantastic work.
I honestly feel the one that's motivated me the most is probably Ben, despite him not being in the game, him giving me the final place gave me such a boost, and I wanted to show him all that I had and show him why he put me in this position
I would say an advantage because I feel I am a great all round candidate, I can lead, I can be a team player (task two) and I can put in some fantastic work

Good Evening Judges, Me and my amazing team of helpers have been working extremely hard this past weekend to plan a great Christmas party for TiBB's members, initially my idea was to fuse together Christmas with what this site is known most for, Salman! Obviously I'm joking, as amazing as that party would be that was not my idea, I wanted to fuse Christmas with Big Brother, without making it too cheesy. I wanted the fun and exciting elements of both, to bring members together in the spirit of Christmas with some Big Brother twists thrown in for fun!
Now I am now proud reveal the first details to you about the evening festivities! TiBB's Christmas Party will take place on Saturday 13th December 2014 from 5:30pm to 2am at the Congress Centre (http://www.congresscentre.co.uk) in Central London. The event will be held in Congress Hall (http://www.congresscentre.co.uk/RoomType.aspx?id=1&C_Id=1), a large, versatile empty space that hold up to 850 people standing when its empty, however our party won't hold 850 because come the 13th of December it will be decked out to suit what we thought would please as many TiBB members possible.
The hall floor plan when empty

The entrance to the hall
https://p10.secure.hostingprod.com/@spyblog.org.uk/ssl/london_cyberpunk_tourist_guide/images/TUC_Congress_House_entrance_300.jpg
I decided to go with the Congress Centre because it's accessible to all ages unlike a club or a bar and it's also accessible for disabled people. The Congress Centre is now one of central London’s leading conference and events venues. Their facilities are continually updated to ensure clients benefit from fresh contemporary surroundings and the very latest equipment (DJ set up, lights, sound ect) The hall has been fitted with the very latest hi-tech equipment including an 18ft drop-down screen (which will show photos taken in the photobooth thoughtout the night), a 32-channel digital sound desk (that the dj will use) and digital HD projection, along with Wi-Fi and a sophisticated intelligent lighting system to create the perfect backdrop for the event. The foyer will also hold sofas and additional seating, if the party gets a bit too crazy for some that area will act like the quiet zone. If you want to see the venue further there is a 360 degree tour on the website :)

Before I talk about the actual party it's self in detail I want to clear possible travel and accommodation options
Travel - Bellow are several websites that you could book your different forms of transport to London on including Coach, Plane or Train
http://www.mytrainticket.co.uk/cheap-train-tickets-to-london
http://www.nationalexpress.com/wherewego/townsandcities/coach-travel-to-london.aspx
http://uk.megabus.com/london.aspx
https://www.londoncityairport.com/
http://www.redspottedhanky.com/trains/trains-to/london/
As a member who is currently on benefits I understand that when money is tight, it's hard to travel around the country. Here is an option to help you get cheaper tickets to and from London, It's The Money Saving Expert.com (http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/cheap-train-tickets), it could help you safe money.
http://www.connectpa.co.uk/conferences/mip/images/congress_centre_map.png
Overnight Accommodation - staying overnight in London can also be expensive but after doing research we have found a number of places for people to stay ranging for £300 a night to just £50 a night. Again I understand what it's like being on a budget therefore this list is in order of most expensive places to stay to the least expensive.
http://www.doylecollection.com/hotels/the-bloomsbury-hotel
http://www.thanethotel.co.uk/
http://www.strand-continental.co.uk
http://www.thebookingbutton.co.uk/properties/montanaexceldirect
www.palmerslodges.com/swisscottage/hostel/
Safety - The safety for each and every member is very important, if not the most important thing on the night. Holding an event like this could be dangerous because essentially we are all strangers to each other so i thought when it comes down to inviting people the following options need to be considered
- Do we know the person is who they say they are? In some cases yes, for example Shaun has met Greg before therefore we know they are both who they say they are. Another example is I have met Princess, Sia, Conzors and Christina therefore i know they are real.
- If possible, we could do safety checks on members before giving them an invite.
- The mods moderate behaviour on the forum, anyone who has given out threats to other members might not be invited

Now on to the fun part, the party itself :dazzler:
The party will begin at 5:30pm, as members turn up to the venue they are escorted to the foyer of the congress hall where they will be asked for their real full name and their username. Members will then be ticked off the list and handed a handwritten name tag with their name and username on it, so all members know who is who. An array of Canapé's will be served as members arrive. There will be 5 canapes in total including Smoked garlic and melted mozzarella bread, Parma ham-wrapped grissini with pesto dip and Mozzarella-stuffed risotto balls.
Big Brother Themed Entertainment - As guests walk in and around the venue they will notice a few things that will make this party completely unique and personal to TiBB. The first being a large seating area which is made up of past sofas and chairs from different series' including the BB7 Egg slicer (http://www.bigbrands.nl/design/buiten-lounge/feek/frederik-van-heereveld/feek-sliced-sofa/feek-sliced-sofa.html) and the sofas from the most recent series on Channel 5, this will give the party an interesting dynamic and will get members talking about Big Brother and ultimately the forum. Members of the forum will also joined by ex housemates including BB12's Aaron and Faye, BB7's Aisleyne and Spiral and BB8's Charley and Brian Belo. With Spiral being a DJ we thought he could DJ for an hour or 2 this makes the party yet even more special. If that wasn't enough of a Big Brother theme members will also get to access 'TiBB's Diary Room' which will involve members entering a room with a chair and a camera and get to record messages to one another, it will record all night long and all members have to do is go inside, sit down and begin talking! Messages will then be uploaded to YouTube and posted on TiBB.

*Note the green dots on the floor plan are Christmas trees
Other Entertainment - On the night there will be many other forms of entertainment too, including The Bar Wizards from BGT who will be there stylishly making drinks for the members over 18, also members of the Magic Circle will going round performing cool magic tricks with members of the forum. Next to the sofa space there will also be a photo booth which allows members the opportunity to take fun photos with one another. Dotted around the room there will be props to make the night even more fun, these props can be used on the dance floor, the diary room or even in the photo booth. Props will include various hats, elaborate glasses and moustaches. To add to the christmas theme we will even have a Bad Santa walking around giving gag gifts to random people also wishing them a merry christmas.

Music- Having it at the Conference Centre means we have also go our hands on the Legendary DJ Norman Jay & the Good Times All-Stars, who will spin the tunes as guests are partying. DJ Norman will play a list of songs to please everyone, as the wonderful Pete and Ammi came together to create a great track list. His first set will run from 5:30 to 7. Big Brother 7's very own Spiral will then take over till 8:30 finishing his set at 10pm. Then DJ Norman ft the Good Times All-Stars will help hardcore members party until 2am.

I'll start on your side-challenge, the time capsule. I think there's obviously a greater variety of things here than there were in Mitch's proposed one, but I think a lot of this is quite surplus to requirements? I don't see much need for the Films for example.
Also I stan more than RuPaul :hmph: my avatar should be a giveaway
I think you've tried to gather so many statistics and achievements and images from TiBB history that it might actually be too much to fit in one box... I like the variety you've gone for but I have to admit I think I liked Pothuthic's team better.
But not to worry as this is just the side-challenge... main challenge thoughts coming up

Lot of research done there. Hard working ethic from your team Loukas.

Minor observations:
- That's an awfully long list of songs :suspect: would all of them get played in one night?
- The food section is quite simple and I'm a bit confused by that, since I saw Ammi listing tonnes and tonnes of ideas including personalised bottles of wine. I think ONE example of a little avatar/face on those puddings would've been a nice touch too.
- Is anyone actually sure Spiral is still alive?
Those gripes aside, this is a great entry Loukas. I hadn't seen any of the team rooms' presentation threads prior to tonight because I wanted to see them with fresh eyes, and I find it funny that the two or three things I said I'd have liked to have seen from Mitch are appearing in yours :p I in fact just checked to see that you'd done it before my feedback and hadn't just tucked it in to get brownie points, but you had it way before
I really liked the fact that you took safety into consideration, what with this bloody website's tendency to lure in oddities  and I think it was a responsible move with the possibility of under-18s attending.
I do wonder if there is much likelihood of 850 members turning up but I admit this is just hypothetical.
The thing that wowed me straight away though was the floorplan and the attention to detail with travel guides, accommodation and the location. It looked very professional and concise.
If I had to say one thing in Mitchell's favour though, he seemed to present the 'entertainment' side of things a little more...dazzlingly? I think you had some nice side-attractions too but if I have to be in a room with Brian Belo I'd at least like the opportunity to have a bit of knife-throwing.
I'll rummage up some questions now...
Shaun

- Why did you choose London?
- The outside of the hall isn't the prettiest of places, so how would you dress up the outside? Obviously don't design me something now LOL but just give me an idea or two.
- What do you think makes this event more exciting than Mitch's idea?

Jordan  he's very misunderstood. :p
I've still got his work from the task he didn't submit but I can't show it without his permission :bawling:
Anyway, back to Loukas. I observed him in his team room and he had a natural aptitude for getting the best from his team, never failed to show his appreciation of their efforts, and most importantly (which Poth did a little bit :() he didn't over delegate and put in the lions share of the work himself. That's not to say Poth didn't, both were very enthusiastic candidates, I just feel that Loukas wants it more, he's more driven, I'm going off stuff they've both said during their time in the game, I think the choice of candidate could boil down not to who's more deserving because they both are, but who is most invested and passionate.

The long list of songs should roughly last the duration of the party as it starts at 4:30pm and ends at 2am, that music needed for the next 9 and a half hours. It also gives the DJ more choice of mixing different songs into others :)
- The food section is quite simple and I'm a bit confused by that, since I saw Ammi listing tonnes and tonnes of ideas including personalised bottles of wine. I think ONE example of a little avatar/face on those puddings would've been a nice touch too.
I actually thought i had that in there tbh :/ i do apologise. I copied and pasted it in sections and must of missed it out! TiBB's mulled wine was meant to feature too.
- Is anyone actually sure Spiral is still alive?
Yes he is
With roughly 500 followers i thought he would be easy to get plus him being a DJ and a housemate is a bonus. I did think at one point to have him on the whole night but i thought a change of vibe would be good too. Plus the other DJ's came with the venue :)
- Why did you choose London?
Originally i did say i wanted it to be in the middle of the UK as you may have seen but i chose London because it's the capital city of the UK and the transport links would be easy to plan plus there are various forms of transport and alot more options transport wise then say in Coventry, where i originally wanted the party. Some members may have never visited London too so why not visit it and meet up with amazing online friends, if i didn't live in London it sounds like a dream to me.
- The outside of the hall isn't the prettiest of places, so how would you dress up the outside? Obviously don't design me something now LOL but just give me an idea or two.
-jumps on photoshop, reads the next sentence-
Being christmas i would hang fairy lights above and have 2 6ft christmas trees either side of the door.
- What do you think makes this event more exciting than Mitch's idea?
What i think is ideal for a party is for everyone to have fun and do what they want with what is given to them. The fact i have a photo booth, magicians, bar wizards, a bad santa and a 'diary room' plus a hand full of past exciting housemates makes it better. As you see from the layout of the venue, everything is spread out, everwhere has a section, people move freely and create there own fun.
Just picture standing in the centre of the venue and looking around. Kate and Ammi by the bar being impressed by the wizards, loads of members jumping in and out and having fun in the photobooth, me crying in the diary room cause i'm so hammered and everyone is so lovely. Another thing is there shouldn't be any awkwardness either, everyone has nametags. I really think it has the ingredients for an amazing party tbh.

OK, thanks Loukas. If I were to judge this task as a normal one I think I would just hand Mitch the win but I think this really is the closest task yet (even more than the forum game task)... yours was incredibly well-researched and had some very smart ideas but I think Mitch's was more tailored to TiBB, and had some masterstrokes.
But that all really doesn't matter because I'm here to interview you for the whole series...
Loukas, these questions are just for you.
From Kate: You and a couple of other candidates were headhunted by myself at the last minute to play this game? Did that bring any advantages or disadvantages?
From Me: Your designs throughout the competition have attracted praise but how would you assess your other contributions?
And can both of you please answer the following questions!
- What do you think the other candidate lacks, to become the winner?
- Which was your favourite task and which one do you feel you performed the best in?
- Do you think Josy is alright?
- With three withdrawals from some top players, do you think you'd have made the final had Lewis, Vanessa or Jordan taken part?
- What's been your biggest strength throughout the game?
- Biggest mistake/regret?
- Who's surprised you the most and why?
- What have you learned about yourself during this process?
- Which song would you choose for your Apprentice 'best bits'?
- What would you buy Lord ShuGrr for Christmas?

And can both of you please answer the following questions!
- What do you think the other candidate lacks, to become the winner?
I personally think Loukas isn't as strong at focusing on the task and keeping it to the theme, although he is a fantastic candidate, maybe also not as strong as a team leader?
- Which was your favourite task and which one do you feel you performed the best in?
I think it's a toss up between this task and the bus one, I think both showed that I have some fantastic ideas and that I am a strong all rounder rather than just a few things,
- Do you think Josy is alright?
Queen Josy <3 from when I've spoke to her, she is a lovely lady and one that is very genuine.
- With three withdrawals from some top players, do you think you'd have made the final had Lewis, Vanessa or Jordan taken part?
Lewis would have been in this final, I think the final three would have been me, lewis and Loukas (since it would've been a final three most likely), I don't think Jordan leaving made much of a difference, Vanessa is hard to predict tbh
- What's been your biggest strength throughout the game?
My passion, I've always put in so much effort and passion into this game, for three weeks I've been entirely focused on this, and I think it's shown,
- Biggest mistake/regret?
I think my slump for a task or two was a mistake, I should have paced myself, but it showed that I can recover from a slump and get back to the best I can
- Who's surprised you the most and why?
Vanessa, me and her haven't been the best of friends in the past, but she's been an amazing candidate and helped me so much in this process, she is really a nice girl.
- What have you learned about yourself during this process?
I've learnt that if I want something enough, I can put effort into it, it's helped me put more effort into things.
- Which song would you choose for your Apprentice 'best bits'?
It would have to be something like What Doesn't Kill You Makes You Stronger, mainly cos it's Queen Kelly.
- What would you buy Lord ShuGrr for Christmas?
ShOcks ;)

Vanessa, me and her haven't been the best of friends in the past, but she's been an amazing candidate and helped me so much in this process, she is really a nice girl.
- What have you learned about yourself during this process?
I've learnt that if I want something enough, I can put effort into it, it's helped me put more effort into things.
- Which song would you choose for your Apprentice 'best bits'?
It would have to be something like What Doesn't Kill You Makes You Stronger, mainly cos it's Queen Kelly.
- What would you buy Lord ShuGrr for Christmas?

From Kate: You and a couple of other candidates were headhunted by myself at the last minute to play this game? Did that bring any advantages or disadvantages?
I don't understand your question do you mind phrasing it differently please. :)
From Me: Your designs throughout the competition have attracted praise but how would you assess your other contributions?
I think overall i've been a good team member, throughout my duration in Team Elite i constantly asked if there was more that needed to be done, I asked the group if there was more that needed to be done. I also created myself jobs within the team, basically i think i've constantly worked hard. In the first bus task i created the menu and gave a dozen possible names for the bus. In the game task i done research on different forum games before the team decided on Monopoly, i then saw improvements in the board and im improved them. I know my strength is designing thats why when it came to writing about Drew i knew i had to write a strong piece of writing. The task called for a minimum of 500 words so my personal target was 1000, which i completed. In that task i feel like i can actually say i worked hardest, that task wasn't a designing task. In the last task i think i showed good skills of being a team leader, this was the first time i got to show you leadership skills, i think i done it well
And can both of you please answer the following questions!
- What do you think the other candidate lacks, to become the winner?
I like Poth, he really sticks to his ground and that makes him a really strong candidate but what i think he lacks is overall presentation when it comes to presenting. His party was great but i find he could have presented it on the forum better, he could have changed the size, colour or anything to make it visually look better. I also think his editing skills are weaker than mine. Consistency is another thing i think he lacks.
- Which was your favourite task and which one do you feel you performed the best in?
for obvious reasons The adverts task, my Most Loved advert was well liked by members, it's even going to be used for the next Most Loved which is exciting. It was during this task that i told myself to go hard or go home. I spent a total of 2 hours editing that, which i think should prove to you judges that i want this, cause i feel i've worked so hard.
- Do you think Josy is alright?
i do hope so :bawling: does anyone know where she is? :(
- With three withdrawals from some top players, do you think you'd have made the final had Lewis, Vanessa or Jordan taken part?
I would like to think so, i probably would of had to worked so much harder though. They were fabulous candidates and i feel kinda lucky that it panned out the way it did. Lewis left the bar high but i feel like i then matched it, by getting 2 star perfomer awards in 2 consecutive tasks.
- What's been your biggest strength throughout the game?
My photoshop skills. I've produced items i can be really proud of, i think that makes me stand out amongst the rest!
- Biggest mistake/regret?
It was getting rid of Pete probably, that was a mistake. But then again i didn't know what to do as they were all amazing. Regrets? None.
- Who's surprised you the most and why?
Lewis, i didn't think Lewis would be that strong from the word go. That was really surprising tbh, i think honestly if he was still here, he would win!
- What have you learned about yourself during this process?
i've learnt that i can still do stuff, as stupid as that sounds. It's only because recently looking for a job has become really stressful, i was beginning to loose hope in myself but as this competition went on and i got good feedback for stuff i did it made me feel better with every task i felt like a grew. I'm now even thinking of going into party planning
- Which song would you choose for your Apprentice 'best bits'?
N6ihCQZK-r0
- What would you buy Lord ShuGrr for Christmas?
probably an envelop full of iTunes gift cards, i think you like music so that why buy whatever music you want on me

Well what the others dont know is I came back onto TiBB the Sunday before this competition when applications had closed, I saw Kate was doing this game, so begged her on Facebook to let me in, thankfully she said yes! I felt this was a disadvantage myself as I didn't have long to prepare, but also an advantage as I was literally counting down until this competition started! For all 3 days I was so so excited to start :p

I don't feel like i had to go the extra mile, i thought everyone came in on a level playing field even if you asked me to play. If anything there is an advantage because i had a rough idea of who was entering the competition before hand therefore i had an idea of the initial competition. I thought when coming into this competition that go in and give it 100%, if i'm out 1st or 2nd then as long as i did my best. i was happy. However saying that if i do come second i will feel a little sad because no offence to Poth i think i'm the better candidate. I think i have gone the extra mile in the amount of time and effort i have put in through out though..

I must disagree, I feel that I have also put the extra mile and put lots of time and effort, as have many others, but as I have always said, 2nd place is an amazing achievement, and I am blessed to be here in the final and have lasted all the way whatever position I finish in.
Of course I'd like to win, but I won't be too disheartened if I don't as I know I've done very well.
Especially considering the last apprentice game I did on DS I was eliminated in the second task
