I've not set an official start date as such, but was aiming for first week in March. Depends on when/if I get enough players.

I have 8 at present, there are a few who've said they want to play but haven't sent me an actual application pm.

Tasks can be contributed to (in a team room) at any time, you don't all have to be online together - teamwork is a big part of the game. There will be some element of player voting (I'm still working on the format - it may not be exactly the same as last years) which would be early evenings. People can work on things at any time they like, and leave their contributions in the team room. When a task/project is completed I will post the efforts in the main thread....

As I say I'm still firming it all up, I'm behind schedule lol as I don't know how many players I'm catering for :eek: which will affect how many and how often the firings! :devil:

ok, 11 players it is...... I've adapted the format to suit.

Game will launch on Wednesday 12th March at 6pm prompt. It's not essential you are online for this (although it would be nice :grin2:) but you should be later in the evening to take part in the first task.

Firings will commence straight after the first task. :devil: Following that, the format will continue with two tasks between each firing.

Task One will be an individual challenge, nothing too demanding, after which you will work in your teams. This is to even out the numbers, 5 per team.

Teams will be allocated at random after the first firing. Maybe?? I have a few twists and turns planned for along the way.

Survival in this game depends mainly on effort and enthusiasm, anyone inactive won't last long, and Sir ShuGrr will have you under close scrutiny as will my other judge, to be revealed at a future date ;)

The candidates are ready...... fantastic selection I must say. See you all next Wednesday for the launch.

Your first task is a very simple one, but a very important one. First impressions count for a lot and one of you will be Fired tomorrow evening. I'll reveal more about that later ;)

Earlier this evening I also made a list numbered 1 to 13 in preparation for your first Task. I sent a copy of this list to Annie, as an independent witness so that it's all random and above board.

I'll shortly post that list. It's a list of forums/subforums on Tibb with 2 Blog options thrown in for good measure. Your task is this..... To help keep Tibb thriving and bustling you will all create an individual thread (or in two cases a Blog) Best make it a good one. You'll be judged on your efforts tomorrow. You have till 7pm to create your thread, and keep it alive. You may NOT post twice consecutively. You can post in each other's threads. No bitching :laugh:

When I post the list in a minute just tally your allocated number with the same on my list to discover where you will have to post your thread.
