It looks incredible. Very professional, looks almost like a Eurovision idea (Europe seems to love those multi-coloured, repeated patterns) and I liked the billboard intepretation of it, too.

I liked the social group advert the most because it was quite tongue-in-cheek, but the pub quiz and general election designs weren't particularly great.

I've already said I cannot do any graphics not on my iPad, I had to use the simple one as I do not have a desktop computer, so I couldn't do more I'm afraid.

Drew's Story So Far..

Fresh and feeling roaring to go from his victory of Elimination 9, Drew began his Apprentice journey on a bad note. Kate asked the group to get into a list from 1 to 13 for the first task, Hot Topics. Initially Drew asked to be 7th on the list but Lewis accidentally left Jordan off the final list and put Drew down twice instead, both in 3rd and 7th. In the rush to fit Jordan in, Drew was left 3rd meaning he had to create a buzzing thread in the serious debates area of the forum, which he declared a war zone. After the first rocky 20 minutes of the competition, a post by Kate changed Drew's chances, after reflecting on the category Kate thought it was best not to involve serious debates and stated that the category would change to general chat. Off Drew went to general chat where he made an excellent thread all about the different breeds of dogs, which got 60 replies.

Drew remained in the competition after the group were asked to vote for who they thought should leave

Then came the teams, with Jake being captain of Team Elite, it was inevitable Jake would pick Drew first. With Drew thinking Jake had picked a great team the all male team began with Task 2, The Bus. Drew thought the team would benefit from a unique idea, an idea the British public have never seen before - tailgating. All systems were go on the tailgating idea until InOne announced his idea of a café bus blowing Drew's plans right out of the water. With Drew feeling slightly annoyed that he had wasted loads of time and effort into an idea that the group didn't go for, he headed off for the night at 12:07am. The next day Drew began work on creating a menu and a logo for the café bus. Team Elite lost the first task after only presenting Drew's menu and logo. Drew easily escaped the boardroom as his work made up Team Elite's presentation.

Task 3 was called Let's Talk Business and called for each team to create business cards for the mods, admin and Lord ShuGrr himself. Team Elite had a rough start to this task after nobody came forward to be project manager, this lead to loosing a massive chunk of time. Eventually Lucas put himself up and stated that everyone should all to go with whatever we felt comfortable with. Drew was left confused, as he wasn't sure what information should be on a business card. He decided to create business cards for Marc & MTVN. Lord ShuGrr liked Drew's work however his team lost yet again, bring down team morale.

With Team Elite down yet another member, Natalie was asked to break up the testosterone by jumping ships and joining the team. Task 4 called for the teams to work together to devise a brand new original forum game, the task was called Get Your Game On. This was finally Drew's time to shine as he put himself up for project manager. His first idea was a cooking based game, Drew thought it would be hard to judge as there is obviously no form of tasting photos online, instead he opted for it to be judged on presentation, humor, creativity etc. This however was not the final idea, Drew asked the team to keep thinking then Jake then came up with the teams final idea TiBB Monopoly. Project Manager Drew thought for the idea to work the team would have to do loads of explaining about how it could work. After 22 pages of discussion and work the team were happy with what they created! Drew showed strong characteristics of a good team leader in this task and it paid off as Team Elite won the poll with a huge 83.33%.

Task 5 saw the team choose a forum member to research and present a TiBB version of 'this is your life' about them, in a task was simply called This Is Your Life. Drew quickly suggested the group do it about Z, which was a great idea because Z was happy to share, even calling himself an born oversharer. As work was almost complete the atmosphere in the Elite camp began to turn sour as Drew wouldn't show me the work he created. The group discussed nothing about the layout, the colours or anything. Drew had decided he would do it single handedly. Drew even accused me of causing drama LOL

Team Elite were then no more as the final 7 came together to form Team Grandeur. Task 6 saw the team members split into subteams, 2 groups of 2 and a group of 3. They had to create a Pitch to present to a group of 'investors' (forum members) for a new feature to replace the defunct Music Box in the Fun and Games part of the forum. Drew's team consisted of himself, Natalie and Jake, they called themselves Team Ozil. Drew began the discussion by stating 'There's quite a wide option of things we could do with this.' Then their discussion then became a little too quiet and even Lord ShuGrr had to step in.
Oi, you lot, get your bloody arses in gear, this is a bloody disgrace. Bloody bloody bloody.
But in all srsness y'all are gonna have to work like crazy tonight to even match the other teams.
The subteam then got their fingers out of their arses and finally began working, with the deadline looming the team went into over drive. Drew's idea was to merge ******** and Last.fm. Their last minute work pulled off as they got 24 points from the investors, however this wasn't enough to keep them out of the boardroom as me and Jordan won with 28 points. Drew survived the boardroom and was ready to begin task 7.

Task 7 was a real adventure, no seriously, it was called Ad Venture. Candidates became an 'ad agency' and were asked to create a series of adverts for TiBB. The group decided to split the workload evenly with everyone getting to produce an advert each. Drew's role in the task was to create an advert for the ever popular Pub Quiz however Drew had felt like he had pulled the short straw. Drew was unable to produce the work, he wasn't on the computer over the weekend because he had been busy. This led to Pothuthic finishing Drew's advert to get himself some more points. Drew survived the boardroom yet again but this time by the skin of his teeth, if it wasn't for Vanessa's sudden exit he could have been toast.
Will Drew survive another firing? How far can he go? We'll soon find out

A year before The Apprentice began, Jordan, aged 19, had the world in his hands. His Cher Lloyd calender shop had taken off and was a hit, averaging 12 customers per month. Nothing could go wrong.. or so he thought. His shop tragically caught fire, with suspects Salman and MMI being arrested shortly after. Everything he had was put into the business, and now he was left with nothing..

His luck changed when he was chosen to be a candidate on this years Apprentice, beating billions of applicants. He promised hard work, fire and ruthless-ness, catching the eye of the Lord Alan himself. The first task commenced, with Jordan needing to create a thread within the music section in the attempt to garner interest and views from within the TiBB public. Although seen as slightly generic in Alan's opinion, the thread helped Jordan sail through to the next task with ease. Jake and Lewis, being the star-performers of the last task, now had to choose team members to join them. Being the clever business man that he is, Jake shoved Jordan on Lewis's team, knowing the problems he would cause given Jordan's past publicity. And he wasn't wrong..

Jordan's antics began hitting the headlines. Fallouts with team members, problems with his personal life, naked late-night antics and even daring words with Lord Shugrr hit the headlines of The Daily Star and The Mirror, with The Apprentice gaining double its average viewership and #Jordansatwat being the highest trending topic for three days on Twitter. Rumors also began to emerge of Jordan sleeping with one of Sir Alan's under-studies; an injunction is yet to be lifted. This didn't stop Jordan from bringing the goods, with his team flying through the bus-themed second task. He stood up to the plate for the third task, and acted as project manner, carrying his team to victory woth their variety of business cards.

The task 'Get your game on!' allowed both himself and, much to his dismay, Jake become the star performers, winning immunity from the boardroom on the next task. Choosing to lay-back and enjoy himself, he was seen clubbing and licking chocolate sauce from previous Apprentice star Luisa Zisserman's nipple whilst the rest of his team worked hard on the fifth task with him luckily escaping the boardroom. Jordan once again didn't contribute to the last task, pulling out his design at the last minute. It was only due to Vanessa leaving The Apprentice that Jordan was saved from the boardroom.

Jordan is now in the final five along with Jake, Drew, Loukas and Pothuthic, with the winning title in his sights. With only a few tasks left, does Jordan have what it takes to beat the competition and to live his dream once more? Coming in first place will allow him to open up his beloved calender shop again.. all he needs to do is to convince Lord Shugrr. Which, as we all know, isn't the easiest of tasks!

I'd like to open this speech by saying I respect all 4 of my fellow candidates and that I am judging this from the games perspective.

I recently have been watching a lot of Celebrity Apprentice USA, so when I saw that Katherine was going to be doing the next series of this I jumped at the chance to appear on the show.

I'd set it clear from the start that I was going to put as much work into this as possible and that I wasn't going to waste this opportunity, I have always tried my very hardest in every single task you have given me and I feel confident that I have achieved my goals here.

My personal high was when I proved myself in task two, Lewis was hesitant of choosing me to be on his team and I was the last one chosen, for me this gave me an incredible urge to do well in that task and to do as much as I possibly could to prove to them that I didn't deserve to be chosen last, I personally think that I firmly achieved that as I was given Star Performer and my idea won the task, which was an incredible feeling for me.

My personal low for me has to be task 4, at that point I was incredibly worn out after putting so much effort into the 3 previous tasks, I knew I wasn't doing as well as I should have, I just felt I was exhausted from it as I am not used to putting that much work and effort into it, to lose that task by a mile as project manager was extremely sad and disappointing, I was really fond of our idea.

In task 5 I was still tired, but I was also not as dedicated and motivated as I had put so much effort in, where as I didn't feel Jack (Who had personal reasons that I totally respect) and Jordan did as much work as the rest of my team had but still managed to float through.

Come Task 6 after two tasks of not doing as well as I could have, I'd had enough, I felt incredibly loyal to Vanessa as I had worked with her at the start.

Many of you may know this, but me and Vanessa had a huge falling out last year after Coach Trip, I hadn't spoke to her since really and I never ever ever expected in my life to ever be here singing her praises, but I am and I have gained so much respect for her.

I was disappointed when we lost Task 6 as I felt we had a good concept that honestly I believed in so much and had so much passion for, but obviously I am not one of the investors so I can't comment on why we lost, but it was definitely a learning curve!

On my time on The Apprentice I have learned so much about myself, I've learnt that if you are passionate enough about the challenge you can really excel and being here in the final 5 really proves it.

Also with the Vanessa point, I've learnt never ever to judge somebody from previous experience as starting from a clean slate is always the best option as it has helped me so much this series!

My biggest threat is definitely Loukas, he is such a genius, I swear he must be the son of Stephen Hawking and Vivenne Westwood, because he is such an amazing designer and writer.

I'm not the strongest at graphics where as Loukas most definitely is amazing at graphics, so if I could still one feature of him, It would have to be that!

I deserve a semi final spot as I am so so so dedicated and passionate about this series, I have so much more to give, I have recovered from that rough patch and I am ready to give it my all to reach the final!

If I'm honest I think Jordan is the least deserving of a semi final spot, I really like him as a person, but honestly I can count the amount of things he has done this series on one hand, I think out of me, Drew and Jordan I deserve my place the most, I have contributed the most and put the most into this adventure and I feel like I am the strongest candidate out of us three.

This series has really encouraged me to do projects, in the space of appearing on the show my journalism has improved a lot, I have learnt to be more creative and to let my creative side take over and I have just have encouraged myself to be less lazy.
I'd like to thank Kate for having me as I've had such a ball, its not been an easy ride, but I wouldn't have had it any other way.

I'd like to thank Shaun and Josy for keeping me this long and believing I have what it takes to be sitting here today in the final 5, it means a lot.

I'd also like to thank everyone who I have dealt with on this adventure, whether as a contestant or someone I have asked to contribute to a task, you are all the best.

May I just start by saying that asking your friends for votes in the poll hasn't gone unnoticed and, whilst not forbidden by Kate in the rules, is something I look down on and actually quite pity. Also, I'm really not quite up to the challenge of reading your entire plea. There's commitment to the game and then there's blinding me with text :laugh:. You've always been a consistent performer in this game but you've almost always finished tasks in the "safe" positions rather than the outstanding ones, so will that go against you in this firing?

Holiday Hotspot

Needless to say a lot of the time the team work has been underwhelming, and teamwork is a big factor in the success of a business.

For this next project you will ALL be working together to create a promotional pitch for a holiday destination. The destination must be a real place, but one that comes from a lesser known country; your job is trying to boost their tourism trade.

How you promote this is up to you; you can look at creating an advert, poster, statistics of the country, things it offers, flight, hotels, activity costs etc. You need to make this destination seem like the next best thing to go to for holiday. You should also think about your market; are you aiming for families, backpackers, 18-30's and what is has to offer for them. Research of things may help you with this and focus on USP's will help.

At the end one of you will pitch your piece to us and then will be questioned about it (only that person can respond so choose wisely and make sure they are well briefed).

This close in communication should be a lot smoother and you should all be wanting to show-case your strengths, let's see how well it works...
