Our main priority is the baby, she's all that matters. He's definitely the type of freak to take her and he's threatened it. Up until tonight my sister agreed to supervised visits but there's going to be no contact whatsoever now.
This is an idiot who's into all sorts and up to his eyeballs in debt, got beat up twice whilst he was out in town because he owes drug money. There's no way he's being allowed contact with her. I can just imagine him in town with her and some thug doing him over in front of her.

I fought my ex on the access front, over 12 months to and from court it took and finally the judge ruled he wasn't fit/it was not in my Josh's best interests for contact to be granted and it was a massive relief.

He's worked a number on her though. I was telling her yesterday that what he did when they were together was emotional abuse and she outright denied it, and to a degree actually defended him. She gives him chance after chance to redeem himself and he fails her everytime.

I had his card marked way back and kept my eye on him. I just hope she stands by what she says and keeps well away.

..Glenn, it all sounds awful and I understand your feelings of frustration as well, I think that's only natural..unfortunately, when it comes to emotions, people won't see things 'clearly' unless they want to and nothing that anyone says will change that until they're ready to see it themselves...so far as the threats are concerned, I hope the police and courts sort that out, ok...:hug:...

House is pretty much empty now, just need to do one last tidy through later in week and that's it. :( Done nearly everything myself as my brother hasn't lifted a finger, except for when he took all the furniture and the electrical stuff, the bastard, hope God strikes him down for everything he and his wife have done.

I had a lightbulb moment in class today where something just suddenly made sense and I was getting answers right that normally I'd be clueless about... better late than never :laugh:

April is going to be an awful month - dissertation hand in on the 18th, surgery on the 21st, speaking exams on the 24th and 25th, an exam on the 30th (and then another on the 9th of May... and another one tbc...) - thinking about asking if I could do the one on the 25th earlier so that I don't have back to back speaking exams 'cause that's pretty brutal and I know I can get an A in the one on the 25th if I put the work in... but the one on the 24th is more important for my degree result so I need to focus on that...

Well; Last night I had a particularly heated argument with someone on Facebook chat. It was because he thinks it's funny to harass me and tag me in humiliating pictures he finds (you know, those pics that people share and like)

We have an argument and he then starts picking on me, some of my friends (including my best friend) and classmates. Like really horrid stuff. (One of the things he said was "I wouldn't be surprised if ___ died a virgin, he's so ugly")

So I screenshot it. I showed it to the people he insulted in the messages (because it's horrid, they have a right to know)

And then, because it's a small school, it spreads like wildfire through the class and everyone thinks he's an arsehole (he is IMHO), and begin to drift away from him. He's really upset and angry with me, and then I find out why.

People have been spreading rumours that he was insulting people not involved, etc.

I did it because I thought it was the right thing, and now it's escalated from there.

Am I at fault? Is the person who insulted people behind their backs in the wrong, or am I?

Oh dear, my friend's sent me a drunken message that he wants to send to his ex girlfriend, poor guy's absolutely heartbroken :( wish I could go and see him and talk to him in person but he moved away to pursue his dream job and they broke up because of the distance... which probably makes it worse for him, that he broke up with someone he was in love with because of the distance and he can't even see his friends to talk about it, also because of the distance... he's down in Leeds so it's not even like I can realistically get on a bus/train and go see him for a day even
