:amazed: To make a long story short, One of our geese abandoned it's nest just as an egg was about to hatch. The baba in the egg had it's beak poking out the egg so we had to rescue it and hatch it very very carefully as it couldn't hatch as the umbilical cord was wrapped around his leg.

We had to keep him in the house until he grew up (best months ever) but we couldn't put him with the our other geese in the field because they bully him, so when it was time to go outside we decided to put him in the garden. He's like a pet :love:

Yeah, my oldest niece and nephew stayed here last night and another niece stayed the night before. The other day I took the oldest two for a walk and my niece said "Jess, you always have something interesting to tell us!" and I asked her to give me an example and she said "Like that time you told us everything is made of energy and empty space!". :joker: She remembered me explaining atoms to them months ago, stuff like that makes being an aunt so rewarding.

Yeah exactly, they absorb the things I tell them so much more than if anyone else were to. They just stayed for the one night, though they'll sleep here on Monday night as usual. :hugesmile:

Aww that's amazing. Kids are so rewarding to be around and be able to have input into their learning. I'm not an auntie :( my only Brother's (spit) wife can't have kids, which is a good thing though as she is the spawn of Satan in a skirt.
