Eh, I was kinda disappointed overall but it was fun going there nonetheless. The crowd was still into it enough which made it more fun... but still nothing too crazy unique with the chants and stuff... until the bull**** tag team match for the main event. :joker:

- Lars Sullivan was pretty much the big call up of the night? :skull:
- Nice to see Sami Zayn return though and his promo after the match was FUN :joker:

- The Becky/Lacey moment was pretty cool
- There were too many "You Deserve It" "Thank You-" type of chants. Boring!

- Now for the main event... BUUUUUUUULL**** decision to change it to a tag team match after a DQ finish. But fun for the thunderous crowd after that happened; the beach balls, the chants, the chaos that ensued. :joker:

"CM PUNK" "AEW" "We want refunds!" "BUUUUUUUUUUUULL****"(for like a minute straight) etc. chants? I enjoyed getting involved with it. The AEW chants to the beat of "New Day Rocks" was THE best of the night. :joker:

And the proper Shield farewell after the show was very nice.. kinda made me glad I went to actually see that live, for an otherwise mostly lackluster show (for a post-WM Raw anyway). I know they finish at exactly 11:00 PM now but no idea why they didn't just fit it on the show. :shrug: The actual Dean Ambrose farewell felt weeeak.

After cancelling an appearance on The Wendy Williams Show earlier this week, reports from Fightful seem to indicate that Sasha Banks may want to leave WWE.

Sasha and her tag team partner, Bayley, collectively known as the Boss ‘N’ Hug Connection, dropped the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania to the IIconics—just two months after winning them at Elimination Chamber.

Speculation suggests Banks was unhappy with this last-second decision to have her and Bayley drop the belts. It seems she was led to believe that the pair would have a long title run in order to strengthen the credibility of the fledgling titles.

Banks was also reportedly unhappy with the plan for Alexa Bliss to get the upper hand on both her and Bayley on this week’s episode of Raw. The planned match and finish were ultimately changed, with Bliss picking up the win on just Bayley instead.

The report from Fightful goes on to say that WWE is handling the situation with Banks much like they handled the Revival’s request for release. They’ve told Banks to ride it out and that things will improve soon.

I know WWF messed up the Invasion angle for sure, it could've been so much better with bigger stars and a better overall storyline & conclusion for it, but I'll still take stuff like this in wrestling any day over the current stuff :clap1: This invasion was still so exciting to watch week after week. (obviously, the Attitude Era before this was incredible TV which is part of why I think this storyline didn't go over that well in comparison)

I LOVED the Invasion storyline, thought it was amazing watching at the time. However now you realise it was all just a "WWE is better than WCW and ECW" in a glorified way. Basically tried to bury ever single non-WWE wrestler they'd signed, especially if they were "big stars" in WCW/ECW.

Thankfully the likes of RVD, Rhyno, Booker etc managed to withstand terrible booking and get over but other guys like Kanyon, Raven and especially DDP I felt were really tarnished. Goldberg a bit later on, too.
