Most things that I use to tell the time have a 24 hour clock by default so I guess I use that more. I probably prefer 12 hours though because its how you actually think and talk about time, you don't think 'I've got that meeting taking place at fourteen o clock' and you wouldn't say to someone 'I'll meet you at seventeen thirty'

Here in Portugal they would say "14 hours" if asked the time though, so they do it in some places!
