But Man Utd have 2 games in hand and level on points! Even if they lose or draw it is too much for us.

We are using the wrong tactics, we should play it cool and try for a 1-0 win, keep the defence tight... We nearly lost tonight!

C'mon i doubt Man Utd are going to fek up a 2 game advantage.
Our defence is a major worry..

Our defence is a major worry..

There 2 games in hand are against Wigan and Portsmouth.

The game against Wigan comes in a game where they play 3 in 1 week, so they'll all be tired, so may drop a couple of points.

Arsenal will beat them.

They go to the Riverside in 2 week and have an awful record there.

You never know though, plenty of teams are fighting for their lives this year and may pull off some lucky results.

andyman

at 2-1, Liverpool should have changed tactics and hold the fort, that Arsenal gimp would never have had the space to score, it would have stayed 2-1..

We lost 2pts today and gave the title to Man Utd.. :bawling:

So if you bet 10 £ on Arsenal, if they win you will get £60 . If you bet £100, you would win £600. Pretty good.

Liverpool this season in the premier league have scored almost 1 in 6 goals in extra time
1 in 6.08 to be exact.
12 Goals in extra time from 33 matches more than 1 in 3.

Arsenal have scored 7 in extra time.
1 in every 8.2 goals.

Man Utd have only scored 2 in extra time surprisingly.
But have scored about 7 from 84 minutes to 90 aswell.

After our 0-0 Draw with Chelsea at stamford bridge

Everton manager David Moyes:
"I thought we played extraordinarily well, passed it beautifully and made a few chances, as well as having a good shout for a penalty.

"You come to Chelsea and you know it'll be a tough game and they made it hard for us at times in the second half, so you can't be too disappointed with a draw.

"They have other fish to fry with the Champions League and so on so maybe they had their eye off the ball this evening, but we certainly didn't and I'm happy with how we did against them."

What a twat.

I'd waited long enough. I ****ing hit him hard. The ball was there (I think). Take that you ****. And don't ever stand over me sneering about fake injuries

He put Haaland out from ever playing professionally again.

He didnt really do much else.. 33 goals in 323 caps for united.. nothing special.

I agree, Cisse being one of them. But he decided to stick out longer when Sbragia came along because he saw the dedication of the club.

Also; I saw that interview with Keane too. It wasn't about the way the club was being ran - because his own consortium was, in theory, running it. Him and Quinn had a good relationship. It was because he had some misgivings about certain players and had no control over what happened to them.

He's a good manager in terms of signings etc, but dressing-room tactics are much to be desired.

Everton are playing great at the moment. 4 losses or 3 in 23 matches.

Some tough games in there to.

- Chelsea
- Villa
- Portsmouth
- Man Utd
- Arsenal
- Liverpool
- Man City
- Tottenham
- Wigan
- West Ham
- Fulham
- Bolton

Had to play

Man Utd ( L )
Arsenal ( D )
Liverpool ( D )
Chelsea twice ( D & D )

5 games against top 4 and lost 1 of them. Is great.

Keane was never the best though.

And yes doing stuff like that to Viera just makes him look more like a wanker.

The bloke tackled him and injured him, he didnt do it on purpose, Keane purposely went in there to injure the guy and ended his career that makes him a wanker.

He was a twat pure and simple good player but his temper was stupid.

Robin Van Persie out of Arsenal's Champions League semi-final against Man Utd with groin injury.

Ahh ohh well i think his form hasnt been the best recently been injured then hes been picking up loads of little injuries that are holding him back, i think the team will remain virtually the same as they played against liverpool.

Almunia and Djourou could both be back to for middlesbrough.
So will be back to play Man Utd.

Good to hear as we need our defence strengthened. And Bendtnar ... Will be Replaced by Adebayor. lol least we wont be playing with 10 men against Man Utd.

And Walcott will be on Arshavin off since hes cup tied.

Clichy will be back for the 2nd leg of champions league at Emirates.

Top 10 Most Exciting games this season.

10) Aston Villa 3 Everton 3 (Premier League, April 12)
9) Chelsea 4 Bolton 3 (Premier League, April 11)
8) Manchester City 2 Liverpool 3 (Premier League, October 5)
7) Stoke 3 Aston Villa 2 (Premier League, August 23)
6) Manchester United 3 Aston Villa 2 (Premier League, April 5)
5) Burnley 3-2 Tottenham (Carling Cup, January 21)
4) Everton 2 Aston Villa 3 (Premier League, December 7)
3) Arsenal 4 Tottenham 4 (Premier League, October 29)

2) Liverpool 4 Arsenal 4 (Premier League, April 22)
It's too soon after the event to waste your time with a rundown of the events at Anfield, but what was brilliant about this game was that every single goal was significant. The Gunners led three times and Liverpool once in a match which saw the very worst in defending and the very best in attacking play. You know the stats - Andrey Arshavin had four shots and scored four goals while Liverpool had 23 attempts and scored exactly the same amount. You couldn't take your eyes off it for a second and if Kaka and co were watching, they will have been straight on the phone to their agents.

1) Chelsea 4 Liverpool 4 (Champions League, April 14)
Breathtaking. Ridiculous. Bonkers. This wins solely because the prize was so great - not the small matter of three points but a place in the Champions League semi-finals. You know the details - Liverpool were as long as 12/1 to go through after a 3-1 first-leg defeat at Anfield but were 2-0 up on the night after just 28 minutes. Chelsea looked vulnerable and messy until Pepe Reina dropped a monumentel b***ock and gifted Didier Drogba a goal. Two more Chelsea goals later and the game was over at 6-3 on aggregate. Except it wasn't because just after Benitez took off Fernando Torres, Liverpool scored two quickfire goals to leave themselves needing just one goal in eight minutes. Truly mental scenes followed until Lampard put the game to bed on the break.

This is based on Controversy, Cock ups, Red Cards and Goals. Nothing to do with the quality of football played.

Drogba is still a massive threat no matter how good Evertons defence is can't take your eyes off Drogba.

And long shots are usually pretty good with Chelsea.
With players like Malouda Lampard Ballack all able to finish long shots.

And i think Cahill will be most likely to get a goal from a header is Everton can score against Chelsea, small but just rises up so well.

I could see it going to penalties unless someone scores first 20 mins lol.

Think I have 1-1

Samba is a defender but Allardyce has been playing him up front, might add him to my fantasy team because if he scores I think it's 6 points you get for a defender scoring.

Martins and Owen will fire Newcastle to safety.

If they do go down though Shearer will stay with them and bring them right back up.

Shearer will stay, cos he won't want to seem like he bailed them. If he left, he'd still hold legend status here in the NE though.

Also; if they go down to championship - depending whether Owen or Martins stay - they could stay there a season or two.

They've got tomorrow to save themselves. Personally, I think they'll win tomorrow to at least give them hope. But we'll see. A loss tomorrow puts them in a bad position. Since Portsmouth are looking for a win badly too, could be a difficult fixture - but I still think Newc will win.

Arsenal game was quite good, surprised they played most of their irst team though, thought they would have rested the likes of fabregas and walcott for Utd.

And yeah, I think if newcastle dont win tomorrow then they'll go down... think Martins and Owen will score though.

This is so important to them.

If they don't get 3pts tonight, I don't think there's even hope of a scrape back.

IF they do get 3 pts (I think they will, and by a lot) - they've still a way to go to be even considered "safe" - but we'll just have to see. Could be a very exciting end of season (Except Sunderland play Chelsea, feck, hopefully safe by then).
