Yeah this....^. I may send a persons Cv to 3 clients a day and they will all be different....just slightly but so they apply closer to the job specification.

You don't necessarily have to fulfil every requirement, just sell yourself like mad and say you're willing and very capable of meeting new challenges, quick on the uptake, it's all in the sales pitch, apply anyway. The job specification is always for the perfect person they want - if you can come near as dammit you'd still be in for a shot at interview.
