The one that big my toes is like a pet to us, we have 20 other ones but this one has a special story. Last April (I think) one of the geese had abandoned it's nest. It had one egg in it and it had a hole in it. That was Sheldon's beak poking through!
We had to carefully hatch him out because he couldn't hatch as his umbilical cord was wrapped round his leg.

He was okay, and we had to keep him as a pet for months indoors, and he was the cutest thing ever!

He grew up a few months later and we had to move him into the garden :love:
We have a field and show the other geese him, but they bully him, so he has to live in the garden :love:

...it sounds like a really good job and quite secure because people do like to keep their money in the Channel Isles with the taxes etc..or so I've heard...you could probably steal it all and go and live in the Maldives in a few years, once you've settled in a bit and know your way around...

..sometimes when I click on a thread and there is a pic/avatar/sig..my screen pics up a faded image of that pic and I can't shake it off unless I close my laptop down...it's really irritating because it's in my screen on everything on the site and earlier I had Glenn's sig in my screen and it was just stuck there...odd..:suspect:..
