O CAPTAIN! my Captain! our fearful trip is done;
The ship has weather’d every rack, the prize we sought is won;
The port is near, the bells I hear, the people all exulting,
Cos kaz is back from foreign climes in time for the resulting!:hello:

Well, amigo's - the end is nigh. Of BB4 anyway!

What shall we all do?

I believe the preliminaries of Fame Academy start next Saturday, so all is not lost.

I beleive it is our duty to keep watch here on behalf of the nation.

It is a bit lonely here though.....

Is anybody there?
http://www.hants.gov.uk/cats/Seance.jpg

A woman goes to a seance.

"Is there anybody there?" asks the medium, and a small voice replies
"Yes."

"Is that you, Bert?" asks the woman.

"Yes," he replies.

"Are you alright?"

"Lovely!" the voice replies.

"What's it like where you are?" asks the wife.

"It's great," he replies, "today I went swimming and did a bit of
fishing."

"Oh," said his widow, "you never did any of that while you were
alive."

"No," the voice says, "well, I'm a duck now."

I'm going off to Norfolk,
It's a long, long way away,
We're setting off quite early,
It will pro'bly take all day.
I hope we get some sunshine,
I hope we eat ice cream,
I hope the traffics not too bad,
On roads along the way.

We're going on a boat ,
To see the seals a swimming,
They pop their heads up now and then,
And see us all a grinning.

We'll look around the 'chandler's shop',
To see what we can see,
And maybe buy a hat for you ,
And another one for me.

We'll see the ships a sailing,
Up and down the creek,
But don't despair,
Or tear your hair,
We'll be back in a week !

Well done my brave and faithful troops !

I was expecting to have to search the threads to find my precious 'Kiss'......but NO.

You have kept it alive and well and even Sticks has helped by putting his foot in it !

Well done that man there !

Hello Big sister:xyxwave:

I'm back from my hols,
I had a good time,
I walked and I walked ,
Soon my feet will be fine,
I ate the odd ice cream,
I paddled my toes
Typical seaside ,
Which everone knows!
This time for a change,
The rain did not fall,
But, I'm glad to be back,
SO, hello one and all !

Welcome back! :xyxwave:  :xyxwave:

I'm so glad to hear
You've had a great time
You've relaxed and unwound
And the weather was fine

But while you were gone
We were steadfast and true
And defended this thread
Just for you . . . . . . only you!

Your Captain salutes you! :xyxwave:

Evening all sorry to have been absent without leave but OH had am emergency hospital stay and I have been sick visiting.

He is now home and recuperating. Making the most of all the attention he is getting. So I am playing the dutiful wife, trouble is he will get to like being waited on.

Anyway he is on the mend so I can report for evening duty once again.

Evening everyone. :wavey:

Sorry to hear about your OH, BusyBee - hopefully he's well on the road to recovery now. I'm sure a little bit of TLC will work wonders!

Sara, I presume that's the RHCPs! Don't worry, Boris was away on holiday last week, but she's back now so I'm glad you've reported back for duty . . . . . we need all hands on deck again!

That will be a bit awkward and hard on the spine if we have to go around on all fours, so we have all hands on deck. Would it not be a better idea if we just stood normally ? :conf:

Good morning, troops! :wavey:

Hope you're all bright and refreshed
And ready to carry on the mission
In case you've forgotten its purpose
It's to keep Boris from last position!

Carry on, everyone.

Evening all. Just fed and watered OH and given his medication so can do my Boris duty whilst he watches some football match or the other that he recorded.

They talk about kids when they are ill, but OH is the worst. Still BHLCS he suffers in silence (well almost) and 'running up and down stairs' is doing wonders for my exercise regime.
