I can't understand the logic in giving Lee Ryan so much screen time, and making the effort to honour his contract but completely neglecting an acting talent in Jenna Russell and giving her the bare minimum to comply with the terms of her contract. It astounds me.

Mel has recorded Phil kissing her to blackmail him with.
E20 club has reopened.
Kat has returned having separated from Alfie after the events of Redwater.

That's about it.

It sounds awful but character wise Mel is probably the best return of a character they've done in years. Even Kat is a little bit more like she was before rather than what she returned as in 2010.
