He also announced that the winner of the Punk vs. Hardy match would be challenged by Undertaker in a submission match at the Breaking Point pay-per-view. 1. John Morrison and Matt Hardy defeated The Hart Dynasty. Morrison pinned David Hart Smith. Drew McIntrye was supposed to wrestle R-Truth, but Drew knocked him out and cut a promo. Why is Truth over? Maria and Melina were shown backstage. Maria wants people to be happy for her and Dolph. Melina said she saw Dolph with another woman. Dolph claimed the woman was his sister. 2. Melina pinned Layla. Michelle McCool came out on crutches and sat in on commentary. Melina ended up pushing McCool over. Josh Matthews came out and interviewed Mike Knox. It was a quiet interview until Finlay attacked. We made Knox bust out laughing. It seems Finlay smells like Axe body spray. 3. Big Show and Chris Jericho defeated Cryme Tyme. This started as a singles match, but Long turned it into a tag match. Jeff Hardy was shown getting ready, and Matt came in to talk to him. 4. Rey Mysterio defeated Kane by DQ. Rey smacked my hand before the match. I've arrived! There was a huge botched spot by both men. Kane was DQ'd for ramming Rey into the ring post. Great Khali came out and brawled with Kane. Khali tossed Kane out. Dolph came out and laid out Rey, which scored amazing heat. 5. C.M. Punk defeated Jeff Hardy in a steel cage, loser leaves WWE match to retain the World Hvt. Championship. Amazing match. We could hear the camera man talking and it sounded like something was going down. Punk wins! Punk wins! Hardy delivered a great speech afterward. 'When the time is right, I'll see you again" he said. Punk attacked Jeff as he was saying goodbye. Undertaker came out and chokeslammed Punk. It was announced earlier in the show that Undertaker would appear on next week's show. Dark Match Main Event 1. DX and John Cena vs. Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, and Ted DiBiase is in progress. Triple H cut a funny promo before the match. DX scored a double pin on Rhodes and DiBiase to end the match.

FORMER WWE and WCW grappler Sean O'Haire was arrested on Sunday.

Cops picked him up at 2.04am on charges of misdemeanor battery and criminal trespass in Savannah, Georgia.

He was released later the same day on a £2,785 bond.

O'Haire, whose real name is Sean Christopher Haire, of late had been working as a professional bodyguard.

The 38-year-old left WWE in 2006 to focus on the fight game. His current MMA record stands at 5-2.

O'Haire has previous arrests for assault in 1992, 2006 and in 2004 he hit headlines when he was found guilty of assaulting a woman in a night club.

He was also involved in a 2007 brawl in Hilton Head, South Carolina where his orbital bone was fractured, as well sustaining other injuries to his face and skull.

O'Haire claimed that he was going to the aid of a friend but other witnesses claimed that he tried to start a fight with his alleged assailant, Juan Brantley.

A few days prior to the altercation Brantley had filed a complaint with the local police department, stating that Haire had attempted to start a fight with him at another bar.

He is due to appear in court to answer these latest charges at the end of the month.

Although Jeff Hardy seems ticked off at the media with the way we have covered the story so far, we are going by a press release that the Moore County Sheriff's Department issued about the incident. As for reports that Matt Hardy bailed him out, again, the Moore County Sheriff's Department stated that Jeff's "brother" bailed him out. Hardy's house was raided after an investigation, pills and cocaine are found, bail is set at $125,000..... are we really the people he should be pissed at?

We can now confirm that Hardy is now free on bail following his arrest earlier today for a number of drug charges. His bail was set at $125,000 and while Deputy Neil Godfrey of the Moore County Sheriff's Department in Cartage, North Carolina stated that Hardy was bailed out by his brother Matt Hardy today, Jeff Hardy is claiming the opposite writing the following on Twitter: "For the record, Matt didn't bail me out, loan me money, or is his name on anything. He's just learning about today's situation."

As reported earlier, Hardy was officially charged with the following: felony trafficking in opium, two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

"As a Registered Nurse an active member of the healthcare community I would like to provide clarification of the "alleged excessive volume" of controlled substances found in Jeff Hardy's home #120 Several pharmaceuticals were discovered and volumes of each reported. These volumes while at first seem excessive to lay persons unfamiliar with medial protocol however I would like to provide clarification as to the dosing guidelines and average prescribed volumes of these medications.

1) Soma (Carisoprodol): Is a skeletal muscle relexant prescribed for acute or chronic muscle pain. The FDA approved dosing regimen for this is 1 tab (250-350mg) every 8 hours and once at bedtime as needed for pain. Taken at this regimen, this would be a prescribed volume of #120 per month. As many insurance companies require or at minimum request 90 day supply of prescription medications, a typical 90 day prescription for Soma at the FDA approved minimum dosing regimen would be 360 tablets. I can tell you that in my office, this occurs on a daily basis.

2) Vicodin (Hydrocodone/Apap): Is a narcotic analgesic used for moderate to severe musculoskeletal pain. Relevant to strength, the FDA approved dosing regimen is 1-2 tabs every 4-6 hours not to exceed 8 tabs daily. At this dosing regimen, a commonly prescribed volume of Vidocin would be 240 tablets monthly and if written at a 90 day supply as dictated by many insurance companies this would require a volume of 720 tablets. Therefore if appropriately prescribed by a board certified physician, neither volume of Soma or Vicodin would be outside the normal range of what would be expected within the possession of individuals with chronic moderate to severe pain.

While I cannot address the apparent anabolic steroids, these also can be prescribed by board certified physicians. I just don't believe, as a medical professional that rush to judgement is warranted or appropriate at this time.

Given the highlights of what they found, I'd have to say his excuse would be that it's for pain management. Both Vicodin and Soma are used almost primarily because of their analgesic properties, and Soma (Carisoprodol) actually interacts in such a way with codeine-derived painkillers that it allows a lower dose of the painkiller to have a greater effect, which is particularly useful in situations where injury is a problem.

Jeff had two herniated discs and a neck injury, and was wrestling almost every night and doing insane stunts on a regular basis; a couple friends of mine also have herniated discs, and they're about an 8 on the pain scale when they're not using painkillers (Vicodin no longer works for them, and they need Fentanyl patches to control the pain).

Anabolic steroids are regularly prescribed to accelerate the healing process, and since Jeff doesn't particularly look like he's been abusing them ala Bonds or McGwire I'd say he's not trying to look like Hulk but rather repair the injuries he's repeatedly giving himself. "Intent to distribute" simply means that he had amounts of the drugs in excess of the amount stated in the statute, and most people with chronic pain will stockpile painkillers for a rainy day. These aren't the greatest of excuses, sure, but being in pain all the time makes you do funny things.

As to the cocaine residue and drug paraphernalia, I'm going to say relics of a misguided past. 90% of the paper money in the US has cocaine residue on it, it's simply a property of the drug that makes it almost impossible to eliminate completely. He probably has used cocaine in the past (along with virtually every celebrity on the planet with any sort of party history), but that's not necessarily an indication that he's using it now. Wellness tests would have thrown a major red flag since cocaine stays in you for quite a while, and with WWE recently suspending a major babyface superstar like Mysterio over a technicality I don't think they would have hesitated to call Hardy out, #1 contender or not. The cocaine charge won't stick unless they actually found any, any half-decent lawyer can successfully claim that they have no way of proving Hardy had any cocaine in his possession at the time or even recently. As for the paraphernalia, that likely means a bong of some sort that isn't even worth prosecuting over.

Overall, the charges are likely more serious than they actually are (because DAs will normally charge people with as many things as possible to force a plea), and Hardy will pay a fine, get some probation, and have to check into rehab for a few months. Absolute max, he'll get a suspended sentence of some sort, but given his documented injuries and lack of evidence of abuse there's almost no way he'll do time.

IMO this Jeff thing is being blown out of all proportion, if I'm proved wrong I will hold my hands up but having been reliant on painkillers myself due to chronic neck pain at one time, I've had a 3 months supply of two types of painkiller in my home that equates to a similar amount found in his home yesterday. I simply refuse to believe he has been trafficking anything. The steroids could be for the same condition, so the only thing that raises issue with is the Wellness Program testing once again, although this could be a new prescription he's had filled in the past week since he left the company.

New information has come out regarding Jeff Hardy's Friday arrest for drug trafficking, specifically, what led police to search his home in the first place.

According to North Carolina's FayObserver.com, Chief Deputy Neil Godfry of the Moore County Sheriff's Office says that the Fayetteville Police Department actually received a tip several days ago that Jeff Hardy was in possession of a large quantity of drugs. That tip led to an investigation and subsequently, a search warrant.

Lance Storm posted a message on his website (StormWrestling.com) on Friday reflecting on September 11, 2001 as well as Jeff Hardy's arrest. Storm says he believes police charged Jeff with drug trafficking simply because of the large quantity of drugs found, not because he was actually a drug dealer. Storm said: "I think having your own personal drug problems (no matter how severe) and being a drug trafficker are two completely different things. If the quantities of drugs, reportedly found in Jeff's possession, are accurate then we have to assume he has a very serious drug problem, and that, even more so than his pending legal woes, is my biggest concern. When Jeff was suspended from WWE the last time, for a Wellness violation, and then shortly there after lost his house and dog in a fire my heart went out to him. I think a lot of people (myself included) thought and hoped that was a turning point for Jeff and he had gotten his life in order since. Unfortunately that does not appear to be the case."

The reason given for the match's elimination from the card was finish related as officials couldn't come up with one. Regarding WWE's decision to add Kofi Kingston vs. The Miz to tomorrow night's show, it was obviously a late decision due to the fact neither even appeared on this past week's episode of Raw.

It was reported earlier this week that WWE's original plan for Undertaker vs. CM Punk at tomorrow night's Breaking Point pay-per-view was a Taker victory. Internally, many feel the time isn't right for Undertaker to beat Punk, but the idea of a clean submission win for the champion was not believed to be under serious consideration

The Fayetteville Police Department received a tip a few days ago which led to the search and discovery of 262 Vicodin prescription pills, 180 Soma prescription pills, 55 milliliters of anabolic steroids
, a residual amount of powder cocaine and items of drug paraphernalia with an estimated street value of $2,500. Who gave the tip leading to Hardy's arrest is unknown at this time. A full police report is scheduled to be released on Monday so additional details should be out by then.

It should also be noted that the planned Jeff Hardy DVD release by WWE, which was scheduled for a Christmas release, has been pulled at the moment for obvious reasons. It is possible the release could be back on if Hardy is cleared of all the charges being brought against him, but they obviously have no intent of issuing a DVD release with charges still pending.

North Carolina's The News & Observer has an article up featuring these new details regarding the Jeff Hardy situation.

- Jeff Hardy and Beth were at home when the raid took place Friday morning. Beth was not arrested.

- The case is still under investigation meaning more charges against Hardy remain possible.

- It is still not known if the drugs found at the home were for Hardy's personal use or if he was selling them.

- Opium trafficking, which is one of the charges Hardy faces, carries a mandatory prison sentence of 3-14 years, even for first-time offenders.
