Kit reading the finale script :joker:
People assume that's him reading about Jon stabbing Dany but I reckon it's actually;
"Bran?? BRAN becomes king, not me??"

Also I just had a thought... y'know how now they're like "It'll be a semi democracy, when one king dies we'll ELECT the next."
... ... ... wasn't the last Three Eyed Raven several hundred years old?? And he didn't even die of old age, he was killed by wights! Their descendants are all going to be there in 500+ years worshipping "Bran the Broken" as some sort of immortal. :umm2:

They should have just made s7 10 eps and end with the night king battle, then a 10 ep s8 of dany going mad/cersei and jamie/ the hound stories etc
I mean would a 10 ep season on jist dany with all main antagonists dead be really necessary

I remember after filming he was saying that he couldn’t sleep properly because he was scared of letting the fans down in the final season.
Hopefully he gets the help he needs.
Bran was also a completely uncaring person. Bran, a million people are dying of starvation .... no problem, less mouths to feed

Bran was also a completely uncaring person. Bran, a million people are dying of starvation .... no problem, less mouths to feedI mean there's an inherent problem with him because he's basically experienced thousands of years of history first hand... Which presumably would make one human life look like an insignificant speck in time. Not the best foundation for leading with empathy :think:

Game of Thrones creator George RR Martin has shared some exciting first details about the upcoming prequel series.
Filming is currently underway in the familiar terrain of Northern Ireland on a series set during a period from Martin's books called the Age of Heroes, thousands of years before Thrones.
Academy Award nominees Miranda Richardson and Naomi Watts as well as Star Wars' Naomi Ackie are members of what the author calls a "a large ensemble", which doesn't have a lead character as such.
While Game of Thrones was a battle for the Seven Kingdoms, Martin teases that the prequel — which he hinted might not be called The Long Night, as expected — will see power in Westeros much more divided.
“We talk about the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros; there were Seven Kingdoms at the time of Aegon’s Conquest,” Martin told Entertainment Weekly. “But if you go back further then there are nine kingdoms, and 12 kingdoms, and eventually you get back to where there are a hundred kingdoms — petty kingdoms — and that’s the era we’re talking about here.”
There will be Direwolves and Starks (seeing as the latter descended from the First Men), in addition to Martin confirming that "obviously the White Walkers are here" too.
Unfortunately, viewers will have to wait awhile to meet any of Cersei and Jaime Lannister's evil ancestors because their home at Castlery Rock will still be occupied by its original owners in the prequel.
“The Lannisters aren’t there yet, but Castlery Rock is certainly there; it’s like the Rock of Gibraltar,” he said. “It’s actually occupied by the Casterlys — for whom it’s still named after in the time of Game of Thrones.”
The currently-untiled prequel is a collaboration between Martin and Jane Goldman, with production on the pilot on-going at the moment.
