These Canadian tournaments have really suffered this week. Nadal, Federer, Serena, Venus and Sharapova didn't bother showing up. Murray and Azarenka withdrew early on. Tsonga, Del Potro and Ivanovic lost first match. The organisers must have been pulling their hair out!

A Djokovic def. Isner/Gasquet final would be the best possible ending for the men. The women's is wide open. If Radwanska wins it she will become number 1 in the world. As much as she has grown on me, this really wouldn't be good for the sport. A Kvitova def. Li final would be the best possible outcome.
