I thought Comedy Central was a fairly common channel in most TV packages? Isn't it on Freeview? idk

Well a) it either means trying to avoid spoilers until the Saturday, which... good luck, or having to search through low quality, dodgy links to find a decent version and b) I don't currently have a TV and I can't imagine they'll be nice and stick it online at the same time

idk, it just seems like a really backwards move considering this is probably going to be Drag Race's biggest season yet

It's very odd but then I guess they don't have S1 or S2 of Allstars on Netflix (let alone early Untucked - will they have the new one now that it's back on TV for AS3 & S10 and presumably the future? :think:) and are trying to erase S1 from history as well.

In all honesty it wouldn't surprise me that executive decisions are just made on a whim. Ru is embarrassed by the blurry filter of S1, so doesn't send it to syndication :shrug: AS1 is unanimously hated, so erased. :shrug: They don't put up S2 because...Roxxxy Andrews is still missing, presumed dead, last seen as a hostage in the Workroom :shrug:

I liked Bebe! The only season 1 queens I wasn't particularly fond of were Akashia and Rebecca but I found Victoria more enjoyable to watch (for the short time she was there), of course if I was ranking based on impressiveness Bebe would be up at the top.

And of course I adored Tammie, I always root for the eccentrics! Ongina, Jade and Tammie are interchangeable really, loved them all for different reasons.

As for Raven... yeah I really didn't like her :ninja2: I wish she was more of the enjoyably bitchy variety but she just came across as malicious to me.

I enjoyed Raven in s2 for the drama - and tbh I find the revival of Tatianna's popularity a little odd since she was just as petty and bitchy in s2. Her insults were often a lot more shallow and nasty too.

What a turn around i like Raven and can’t stand Tati. Always bitching,entitled and fake. Refused to shade when she’s always running her mouth about someone. I’m happy Tyra annoys her by being in the competition and the singing espically turning it up after being told to the **** up by Tati.

I think the times have changed a lot between S2 and S10 as well... the idea of Pandora as an alternative, comedy kinda drag in S2 was quite fresh and different when the majority of the queens we'd seen then were Shannels, Jades, Soniques, etc... very serious, fishy girls that were concerned more about being fierce and diva-ish than anything else. In a way, Pandora paved the way for Drag Race to showcase queens like Jinkx, Dela, Trixie. Overall i did enjoy this series but i think half of the cast were good and the other half meh or bad. Jujubee,Tyra and Jessica Wild are my main favourites as they entertained me through out the show, Tatianna was my favourite and Raven was my least favourite at the start but near the end I began to dislike Tatianna and like Raven, after being in the bottom 2 she changed a lot she wasn't cold and had more of a personality. Tatianna drag act was amazing but the personality was rotten and annoying. She ran her mouth about others behind their backs but when it came to the shade task she couldn't do it. One of my favourite moments from this series was Raven and his drag mum, which is where her soft side came out and it was stunning. Tatianna thinking she got the better one and Raven got the worst one but Tati's had a limp and Raven pulled it through and won the challenge which made Tatianna say **** because her plan failed is another favourite moment of mine. That episode Pandora Boxx shouldn't have been in the bottom 2 at all it should have been Tati and overstayed her welcomes since she was the weakest. Tyra's winning reaction was something else :worry: it was a tad uncomfortable but she deserved to win and im glad she did :flutter:

Vivacious or Sharon Needles can swing that way too. But generally odds are stacked up in favour of glam queens and endless sparkly gowns rule the roost.

S6 is a series I could rant about a lot, really... the likes of Kelly and Vivacious being screwed over by the silly split-entrance when either could've lasted a couple of weeks more (given Kelly's musical/acting backgrounds, Vivacious' style) is disappointing.

The series wouldn't at all have been damaged by having the regular 14 queens, and a first 3 eliminations of Magnolia, Gia and April/Vivacious respectively.

And that's if we just gloss over the fact that Adore did TERRIBLE the first two challenges and got by entirely on charm. She could very justifiably have been sent home first.

Just watching a big video now with all of the interviews. Thoughts on each queen:

Aquaria - I've heard a LOT about her for like 3 or 4 seasons now and she's been a fan favourite in terms of "get her on the show!!!" so I'm intrigued. She's stunning to look at. Seems kinda cool, not terribly OTT.
Asia O'Hara - Phi Phi's drag mother! Which is fun since Aquaria is Sharon's drag daughter :laugh: Party City the Ruturn? She has the same kind of talkativity. Seems fun. Has one of the best runway looks here.
Blair St. Clair - Seems a bit awkward and geeky, but nice :shrug: One that I've never heard of before, so don't know what to expect.
Dusty Ray Bottoms - I've heard of her a lot in the build-up to S10 and she seems super-fun and talented. Alexis Michelle raves about her, which might not be the best endorsement, but she seems smart.
Eureka - we know dis bitch :love: :love: :love: so hope she makes top 5/6.
Kalorie Karbdashian Williams - I get strong "first eliminated" vibes from her :worry: She seems a lot of fun but could be annoying.
Kameron Michaels - I get stronger Phi Phi vibes from her than I do Asia :laugh: seems very intense and has a lot to say. Don't know what to make of her.
Mayhem Miller - the one I was most looking forward to with the rumours. I've seen her on Hey Qween, Willam's Beatdown (the first season, aka the good season, when she threw Kool-Aid over Willam's afro) and some YouTube vids and she just exudes charm and charisma :love: also come thru with the Roisin Murphy worship!
Miz Cracker - she keeps coming up in recommended videos because she re-caps episodes and seems to have a strong following doing that, but I've never watched any. Slightly annoying here :worry: but also quick and witty.
Monet X Change - watched a few of her videos when the rumours started and she is another early favourite of mine. Very similar to Bob but... more fashion? Also LOVE her name. oh god I hope she doesn't get endless "you're just bob lite!!!" criticisms from the fans </3
