imo 'visibility' in these kinds of challenges is arbitrary and based on the specifics of particular roles, rather than being something that a queen can influence by performing their role a certain way, so I'm focusing on the small solos that each queen got and for me, Kameron killed hers

Unless you're referring to the episode in general, in which case her being quiet and UTR and introverted is a huge surprise for me and part of the reason why I like her

If you read my post I throw around 3 or 4 possible "bottom 3" candidates over Monique, I'm not targeting her :hmph: it's just Mayhem and Monet had the "IS THERE... AN ANAL OPTION????" moment so they obvs stood out, Yuhua and Dusty were the only standouts from the losing team, and Vixen/Miz just about out-performed Kameron (although I preferred Kameron's runway to theirs, so meh)

On a sidenote, I've never really "got" those YouTube videos with the silly sound editing until I saw this one

I loved the utter absurdity of the mini challenge but thought that the ad challenge was pretty bland, it would have been way better if they came up with their own adds. I'm over Vixen and Aquaria, Vixen wants to be New York but she's neither funny nor endearing enough to pull it off and despite good runway looks, there's nothing interesting about Aquaria.

Untucked was so amazing this week! Literally more drama In half an hour than we've had in the last 2 years
I do feel like The Vixen went a tiny little too hard on Aquaria but she didn't lie AND everyone seemed to agree with The Vixen so there's obviously a lot of stuff with Aquaria we are not seeing as she seems to be pissing everyone off, and when she started crying I like died of cringe - it came from like no where...

Another strong episode... I liked that this one was more of a character-building episode (see: the five minute-long segment dedicated to the origins of the British accent) and that we got insight into the queens' backstories (except for Serena Kameron) without it being forced a la season 9

My favourite lerks were probably Aquaria's Alaskan and Martian lerks, Blair's Alaskan lerk, Cracker's Miami lerk and The Vixen's Miami lerk (c'mon the live BET production of Frozen!). Oh, and Ru wearing a sock over her face. Very Leigh Bowery /mimi

Ugh, Monique is easily becoming my fave, I ****ing love her. Preacher Monique > all other bitches.

I can see why Aquaria won but I do agree with Lewis that the martian look was pretty lazy, like, it's still a toot but I wish there was more of it. I thought the challenge was good for the most part but the categories weren't the most inventive and didn't really allow for that much creativity, I thought.

I'm sad that Dusty went but I thought it was fair, her looks weren't great, she didn't know a lot of the words in the lipsync and Monet turned it out.

Asia's rapidly becoming a fave of mine too, her runways this week weren't great but i like her personality and it surprises me that she's the mother of the group since I got the impression she'd be very competitive and cutthroat.

I'd have probably put Kameron ahead of Cracker for the top 2, I thought his looks overall were better but Cracker served too so I'm not too fussed.

Asia really shouldn't have been B3, she outperformed both Blair and the Vixen (and arguably Monique and Eureka too). Mayhem was completely snubbed here too, you CANNOT tell me Kameron's 3 looks were better than hers. Any of them. You can't. Don't bother! I do love Miz but none of these runways really wowed me. The space helmet has unfortunately just been done much better by Shangela, her pink winter thing was "meh" and I really didn't care for her hair bikini.

General thoughts:
- Really really really tiring of Aquaria's forced talking heads. Girl's watched every YouTube video that's drag race-related, and is repeating them ad hominem. Only the crappy unfunny ones compiled by 15yo Trixya stans though....
- THIS COULD BE QUITE SPOILERY BUT I CAN'T SEE IT HAPPENING:
There's supposed tea that someone gets disqualified soon and with Asia saying on Instagram that one of the queens this season voted for Trump I'm wondering if perhaps Blair is sent packing (because who else is it going to be?). I'd gag but also be furious because it'd play straight into the "we're being silenced! fight the corrupt liberal elite!!" nonsense. More likely she'd be DQed for actually being 15 I suppose.
- The photobombing mini-challenge was cute!

- Ru's Runway <33333
- Overall I love balls but this way a bit too much. Best saved for a top 8 onwards. Hope we're not paving the way for an Aquaria win just because she's got the IG following.

Brilliant episode! I know this is going to be controversial as well but I’m going to go ahead and say Aquaria is a solid favourite of mine now. She’s coming across a lot better these last couple of weeks and she absolutely KILLED this challenge.

Sad to see Dusty go, but she hadn’t really given much to the competition thus far. I did like her personality though, but ultimately she was filler. Plus Monet absolutely ANNIHILATED her in the lip sync.

Ia with some of the earlier comments that the ball episode came too early. I got bored by the end of seeing so many looks, poor Raja/Raven when it comes to Fashion Photo Ruview is all I can say! Also agree with that Mayhem should’ve been top 3 with Aquaria/Cracker. None of Kameron’s looks did anything for me and she’s still boring me to absolute tears.

I think a few of the girls like Monique/The Vixen/Blair got lucky this week too cos some of their outfits were absolutely hideous.

Delta's mostly hated for her off-show antics (vaguebooking) and drama but even on the show she bombed:

- The acting Booberella challenge
- Snatch Game as Cher
- The stand-up comedy challenge

and yet is a comedy queen?????????????????????????

The only challenge she did well in was the exercise one, and even then she was upstaged by several others (Alexis, Yara, Stacy, Shangela and Raja). And she was the most insecure, catty and outright nasty of the whole cast (consistently putting Stacy down, playing up the "boogers" side of the clique the most - I think the others were more just calling each other Heather, especially Raja and Carmen, whereas she took it as a chance to write off the rest). Anyway I'll have more to say when I inevitably do my rankdown of the whole cast so I'll leave it there! x

Monique was lowkey robbed yet again, her runway look was awful but she was 1000 times better than Kameron and Monet this week, shouldn't have been judged as teams
Blair's story :( Suprised Ru didn't save her to let show more of her overcoming it

I haven't seen this episode yet but I think in season 9 she'd have managed to accrue a couple of wins, and she's a great all-rounder. She managed high positions in the first Gaga challenge, and I think she was robbed of a top 3 in the princesses challenge since she went for something completely different (and Valentina managed to get third for...not much at all)

Tbh of the front-runners I'm 100% team Eureka, since an Aquaria win would bore me to tears. Only other ones I see maybe making top 4 are Miz, Asia or Monet and I'd support Asia from those... Monet's been too weak already but I love her, and Miz has done nothing of note and has the rabid teen fanbase pissing us off.

I... loved that episode!

Eureka's still nowhere near my list of favourites (Asia, Monique, Aquaria, The Vixen and Kameron, for those interested), but she's definitely growing on me and she deserved this win. Blair kind of plateaued for me so I'm happy with her going, and I'm glad we left knowing something deeply personal about her other than "she looks like a twelve year old" (I thought Kameron was a gonner given her sudden increase in airtime, but this show never fails to surprise me)

I thought this episode especially used the extra airtime to its advantage, and there wasn't a single moment that I thought felt rushed or forced (see: Kameron, Monet and Blair's stories). It's also great to see so many original challenges where the queens get to create their own content this season... the days of season 7 and its fifteen scripted comedy challenges feel so distant. Now, if Raven could watch the panel on makeup and learn how to beat Ru's mug properly, we'd be looking at the best season in years imo...

I thought it was a good challenge, they need to do more tasks which give the queens more freedom in how they approach. There's far too many scripted tasks or tasks in which the concept has already been decided for them in the past few seasons.

Although I don't like her, I can't argue with Eureka winning, I just think it's a shame that the queens weren't judged individually since Monique (aside from her runway) was easily in the top three.

I felt bad for Blair since she seems quite nice but it was her time to go.

It was a heart breaking story... but it felt like a play from her playbook... when you get in the bottom two, throw out a story that will get some sympathy/ empathy. She showed no emotion leading up to it or even really in the lip sync or even when she went home. I was cringing with how she chose to share her story... and if I was in Ru's shoes... my reaction would have been the same for these reasons

After watching the ep I feel like Asia should've been bottom 2 over Monique, but obviously out of the bottom 2 Monique deserved to go home for not knowing her words. This was the first ep where I really started to like Aquaria. And Eureka has grown on me. I like all the queens left (although Monique was my fave </3) so pretty much every elimination from now on will be disappointing but I guess that shows how good the queens are this season :clap1:

If I had to predict a Final 3 at this point, I can't see it being anything other than an Aquaria/Eureka/Cracker finale, although Monet is slowly reclaiming her frontrunner position she had the first couple weeks (although I can see her having one bad week and going straight away).

Also The Vixen had another great lip-sync, even if Monique flopping made her look much better than she was :laugh: I'd love to see her and Monet lip sync against each other

Watching Untucked now and I knew just from watching the main stage that Untucked was gonna go OFF :laugh: Can't say I like Vixen but she's certainly the reason why Untucked hasn't been dull this season. She really can be too sensitive though.

I honestly didn't think Monique could ever do anything that would make me fine with her leaving,
but I suppose not knowing your Carly lyrics is the one thing us gays can't forgive. She's still a Drag Race legend, though, and that's the facts America :love: (yes, I both gagged when the lip sync started and cried when Monique gave her final speech, I am but a simple queer)

Other than that, I think I liked this episode,
but it was strange as hell to say the least. Eureka should have won, although I'm not mad at Aquaria winning.
I was ready for The Vixen to go to spare Monique, but I think that scene of her ominously quoting Sissy That Walk lyrics to Ru, still believing she was in the right, cemented her as one of my favourite Drag Race villains ever. And that runway? The wheelchairs? The flapping tails? Ru and Michelle deconstructing The Vanjie Moment for no reason? Serving acid trip realness!

NOT MONIQUE :sad: Can she at least remain in the Werk Room and on Untucked, offering commentary? Ugh, I loved her but I could understand why she had to go.

The Lipsync was terrible, a waste of a Carly Rae Jepsen song tbh.

I thought Aquaria deserved to win though, Her Melania was great as was her runway and that put her ahead of Monet who I think definitely came second. Eureka was good but I thought it was all a bit one note. It was a piss poor Snatch game overall since it was only those three that did any good.

I liked the Runway theme, I really liked Asia's outfit and I think Michelle's on crack for reading it as well as Eureka's since I thought Eureka's showing was quite good as well. I'm loving that, seven weeks on, Vanjie is still everywhere and Ru's still living his best life because of it.

I'm warming to Aquaria although I feel she's putting on a personality for the show (and those neck movements in her confessionals make me want to commit a hate crime) which is a shame since, judging from the Reddit, she seems quite a dorky and fun person that didn't need to pretend be all aloof and 'fierce'.

Just seen the main episode...

- I think it could've gone either way for Monet, Eureka and Aquaria but all 3 of them made me laugh out loud at various points. Think Eureka was the best at interjecting, Monet was the most prepared, and Aquaria had the best interactions with the queens IMO (that "now I know why my husband hates Chyna" line :clap1: brava)
- Kameron was good too... but Miz... :unsure: couple of good reads but I'm really struggling to recall what exactly it is she does well.
- Obviously as a Monique stan I wanted her to survive... but I'm also an Asia stan so... I think Asia could've killed Vixen in a lipsync though!

Audra was a delight as a judge :love: Kate Upton was... there!

Re: the continuation of Vanjie... ok so obviously I stan Vanjie, and I see they're trying to keep the spirits of the first-eliminated queen up a little more than they've done in previous seasons... but part of me just feels bad now for the likes of Kalorie, Yuhua, etc, who just got nothing whatsoever :(

And I am 100% satisfied that my assessment of the Eureka/Vixen dynamic was correct and I will be accepting apologies behind the World of Wonder studios for the next three days :)

I still think Eureka was in the wrong before tbh but Vixen's in the wrong for basically everything else.
