Plus, they must have a time of death and maybe that's where Brendon might have a cast iron alibi.



It's hard to figure the timeline from when Rae was killed up to the point where she was found in Brendon's boot, because it was shown over a few days.

Yeah, Brenden could have a good alibi, suprised they didn't mention that yet. Plus all the evidence is Circumstantial at the moment, especially with Lynsey saying she didn't write the note. Did Brenden touch Rae before the police came?

I don't think he touched her, he looked to have just moved to cover which revealed her body.

Surely the DNA and the time of death will come into effect, however that could take a few days (I don't know how long those procedures take)

Something else to think about regarding this latest story.

How did the cops know where Brendon was, someone obviously tipped them off (We know that would be Silas) They need to find out who tipped them off and how did they know what and where Brendon was.

That could fit in with the 'I've been framed' plea.

Ste's always been a bad actor for me. That might be the main reason I've not really got on the Brendan bandwagon with everyone that seems to love him. Putting him in full storylines with people like Ste and Rae means I can't take him as seriously.

Leave him with Warren, Mitzeee, Cheryl, Lyndsey and almost any of the adults and it's fine.

So why hasn't she tried to reach out with Lynsey rather than turn her back on her ?

There's been lots of focus on the teens right now, tbh if Hollyoaks get the balance right then I wouldn't mind but I would rather see the older characters more.

Yes, although Tony is the forgiving sort. Hollyoaks need to give him another business to work with and give him more storylines e.g. hooking up with Diane, who needs to get out of that house and interact with the older characters.

Yes, he would be good with Diane, Alex Fletcher who plays her is a good actress, they shouldn't waste her. She has only had a handful of scenes since she came.

I don't like Maddie she is really hacking me off with the way she is over Sinead and Bart. I do like the character though, I think she has potential maybe a future bunny boiler. There's definitely a side to her we haven't seen which I think could be exciting.

I'm actually disappointed Jason is going because I liked him:(. They have screwed up his 2 main storylines, although in a way i'm glad some actors are choosing to leave instead of being axed etc because the cast is too big.

Jason could be a potential Silas victim if they decide he is not to get a happy exit. There is the rumours of Heidi being killed. Silas would surely go down as a great baddie if he killed 2 members of his own family (well 3 including his wife).

A HO PR woman responded to some rubbish rumours in The Sun during HO Later week on who would die then, although she was hinting at the Heidi thing not being true but it could be to cover their tracks?.

Hollyoaks star Joel Goonan has announced that he will be leaving the show.

The 21-year-old wrote on Twitter that he had filmed his final scenes as Gaz Bennett for the Channel 4 soap.

"So that's it," he wrote. "Cast/crew old and new gunna miss u all, had 3 top years and learned a lot! Much love! (sic)"

He later posted to his followers: "Thanks for all your messages x hopefully be in something else soon, fingers crossed."

Goonan made his first appearance as the Hollyoaks villain back in November 2008.

He briefly left the soap in 2010 when Gaz was wrongly imprisoned for the murder of Calvin Valentine (Ricky Whittle), before making his on-screen return in January.

Recent plots have seen Gaz strike up a romance with Heidi Costello (Kim Tiddy) and put her son Seth (Miles Higson) in hospital after selling him illegal steroids

Yeah, he was a useless character. I think he'll be involved in revealing the truth about him and Heidi, which will come out at the wedding.

Silas killing Heidi would be the shock factor to some of the audience but with Jason going now too he would be a shock victim too. I hope Heidi doesn't go as her reaction after Silas is revealed to be the killer would be interesting and she has more to offer in the show.
