Cardiff vs Nottingham Forest tomorrow, my two favourite teams in the Championship and not sure how I want it to go:(.
I think Birmingham won't beat Chelsea too but you never know, hope Manchester United win Wigan at Old Trafford:).

It was arsenals own fault, if they wanted to they could have had 5.. but they just kept not shooting at the right time or just kicking it very slightly over or wide.

Arsenal show promise but I still don't think they will win the league, this is their best chance at winning it in years but they lack that consistency and extra bit of quality that Chelsea and United have.
I wonder how long Wenger has got if the next two seasons go without a major trophy.

Is it me or did Wenger didn't shake Redknapp's hand at the end?.

I'm so pleased for the Spurs fans who have had to watch to Arsenal dominate English football. It's about time Tottenham fans got something to cheer about. Man United were poor again and just about overcame the mighty Wigan Athletic who had two players sent off. Chelsea very unlucky to lose after Ben Foster played the game of his life to stop Chelsea scoring. Chelsea have another difficult game at Newcastle next week, they might lose three league games in a row for the first time since 2000. West Ham played crap again and look like they are on a one way ticket to the Championship. Big win for Blackpool in the relegation 6 pointer against Wolves.
In the Championship, Cardiff lost at home and are already blowing their promotion push. Swansea got a last minute equalizer at Doncaster. You need a 'never say die' attitude to get promoted and Swansea certainly have that. Just when Middlesbrough fans think their is starting to get into some rythm they go and lose at home to Millwall. QPR beat Preston 3-1. I'm sure most Preston fans would settle for that. Sheffield United scored two goals in the last 5 minutes to beat Crystal Palace 3-2.
Barcelona prepared for El Classico by thrashing La Liga strugglers Almeria 8-0.

Yeah I know, it's getting more and more frustrating tbh, I know BK has the club's best interests at heart but it's getting to the point where if we don't improve on last season and we don't get investment or more money to spend on players, Moyes might well be on his way. Especially when you see what other clubs have spent in the transfer window in the summer and likely in Jan as well, something has got to give somewhere.

Everton don't deserve to be praised like Rangers do at the minute.. what are they exactly doing? Poor season so far and got knocked out the league cup by brentford.. haven't exactly been playing good football either..
Now let's take a look at Rangers season.. Still in all domestic cups and top of the league by 3 points.. beat celtic 3-1 away from home in the league and are having a great champions league campaign in a group where they have to compete with Valencia and Manchester united and the Turkish Champions.. they are more or less sorted for at least a 3rd place finish but are all in the running for a top 2 finish to take them to the last 16.

there is nothing glory hunting about it? Rangers deserve more praise because they are playing better football then Everton.. it's as simple as that.. I am not going to start bumming Everton for no reason when there is hardly anything good to say about them this season.. Oh Everton aren't doing very well and I don't like how they're playing so I'm gonna slag them off at every oppurtunity even though I've been a 'fan' since I was young. I think I'll go and concentrate on a team in a two club league instead, even though I can't go to the games but oh well because they're bound to win something and oh they play much prettier football - GLORY HUNTER.
It's not called bumming, it's called being a proper supporter of a team! You don't just **** off and support someone else when things aren't going so well, you stick with them through good and bad times, that's what being a true supporter is all about! If everyone followed your logic, then 3/4 of the teams in the country would have no supporters at all, because they maybe aren't 'easy on the eye' and aren't winning anything.
And I haven't got my head up anyone's arse, fickle ***** like you just make me sick.

I actually have Supported Rangers for about 14 years now.. so i don't know where you get the idea of me ****ing of and supporting someone else? I have more Rangers merchandise & Kit's then i have Everton kit's actually.. about 14 in total dating from 1996 the old Mcewan's lager kit.. I've also given a lot lot more money to Rangers then to Everton over the years because they deserve it much more then Everton ever will.. I've been to more Everton games but that's only because they are closer..
And i believe a fan shouldn't wear tinted shades.. they should look at their team and be able to knock them when they are playing bad football.. you are one of those Sheep that will say someone is playing Amazing when they have had the worst game ever.. and it's pretty pathetic.. it's time you started actually having Opinions..

You have the nerve to call me fickle when you are one of those people who call the SPL a two team league?? that is exactly what the EPL has become and people don't realise this.. when was the last time someone apart from Chelsea or United won it? ( a 20 team league as well ) 2003/2004 season..
Put Rangers in the EPL when they get their new Billionare owner and let's see what happens then.. they would be a top 4 side no problem that's what.

That's fair enough, but when I first joined this forum you used to actually get behind Everton and used to talk about them all the time, now all you do is slag them? There's a big difference in giving criticism when it's due and just writing the team you've supported for years off completely.
A sheep who doesn't have opinions?! Rofl okay Andy, have I or have I not come on here and made lots of comments about how we need to improve this and that and I freely admit when we play badly. I won't call us complete ****e like you do because we're not. Stop talking out your arse.

But the other day you said that Rangers could play in the PL now and finish top 4 :joker:
Delusional.

They deserved to be praised back in the 08/09 season, played some good football.. went on one of the most impressive domestic cup runs for a team outside the top 4.. beat Villa, Liverpool, United, to reach the Fa cup final and it looked like they had the perfect blend but now they are playing very average football.. it's like Bolton have started playing like the Old Everton and Everton have started playing like the Old Bolton all of a sudden.. that is the only way i can describe it.. and it's not good enough with the quality of players everton have in the team.. perhaps it's to early to judge right now but they need to start gaining more points against teams like Blackpool, West brom, wolves, etc..
But the other day you said that Rangers could play in the PL now and finish top 4 :joker:

If that billionare owner takes over that anything is possible.. and the way the EPL is looking at the moment they would finish in the Top 4.. Kenny Miller would Rip Man city's 100+ Million pound valued defence to shreds.

See now I agree with most of what you've said there, but this isn't what you have been saying, your initial reason for going off them was because of the way the fans are delusional! My point is though, you don't start completely rubbishing the team you support just because things aren't going well at the moment. We do need to stop fannying about trying to play attractive football when we're not killing off teams like Blackpool etc when they're there for the taking, and this was meant to be the season we broke into the top 4 again because of the quality of players we've got and with everyone pretty much fit but it's just not happening yet.

So you'd want them to buy their way to a title like Man City are trying to?! That's what's ruining the game at the moment, because money talks.
So you'd want them to buy their way to a title like Man City are trying to?! That's what's ruining the game at the moment, because money talks.
It's the only way to keep up with clubs who have money.. the person who wants to buy Rangers is a Scottish Billionare who actually supports the club as well.. the best combination they can hope for.. people with no idea off how football works like these Arabs are the one's that are ruining football.. but saying that it's their money to throw away.. i hold no grudges towards City.. they are buying some Quality players abroad to play in the EPL, the EPL is crying out for Quality at the minute.. I hope when Messi sacks Barcelona off he comes to the EPL and plays for someone like City.. Man city and Spurs are closing the Gap on the top 4 as well and making the EPL more interesting because they have the money to spend

The Main reason is the fans to be honest.. but the way they are playing football doesn't help.. they are the most frustrating team to watch.. and i doubt we will break into the top 4 again not unless someone with a lot of money comes along... Tottenham and Man city are playing better and better every season now

Everton 1-0 up.. Tim Cahill;).
10 minutes before kickoff I was chatting to my friend on AIM about the Everton game and said:
ivi4rk (19:51:28): prob will end 2-2
Then I logged onto betfair, saw it was 19 to 1 to end 2-2. Was about to bet it but got distracted and completely forgot about it.

2-2 was probably a fair result all being said and done, Beckford could have won us the game at the end but spooned it!
Moyes needs to sort it out, why he started Saha when he hasn't scored a goal since Feb and leaves him on until the 80+ minute when he wasn't even in the game with two strikers on the bench I don't know. If he starts him again on Saturday I'm gonna hurt someone.
Arteta was shocking again tonight and his goal was lucky off a deflection, he and Johnny and Saha were all ****e tonight, Neville had a poor game as well.
Pienaar, Cahill, Coleman and Baines the only ones who can really hold their heads up after that performance, not good enough.

Got £10 on Chelsea -1, and an Arsenal win. That gets me about £30. And £4 Chelsea -1, Bournemouth, and Chesterfield, that wins about £18.

That's good news for Rangers because Johny Evans is utter sh**e.
Chelsea played poorly but go the win with their reserve team. Another bad result for Arsenal losing at Braga. They will almost certainly qualify by beating Partizan Belgrade at the Emirates but Shaktar Donestk could now top the group with would mean a difficult 2nd round match.
Tomorrow, Tottenham will rip Werder Bremen apart and beat them 3-0. Rangers will beat Man United will a last second goal from Maurice Edu.

The Arsenal players sometimes try to walk the ball into the back of net which wastes important chances and the opposition could easily counter attack then score quickly..

They were too far defensive minded, must have been playing for the draw.. if Rangers went for the nothing to lose mindset and went attacking then perhaps they could have scored but of course they were worried about United attacking sd would need bodies at the back.

Just saw the highlights of our game on FLS, confirmed what I saw on the live stream.
Played them off the park first half, although we had 4 'nailed-on-goal' chances and we only put one away. Olofinjana has been woeful recently and gave away their cheap equaliser, he is absolutely massive and got outjumped by fecking Gorkss. *******ing Naylor didn't help mind by letting the cross get in the box in the first place. Second half was pathetic and simply looked like we couldn't be arsed up until they took the lead. Naylor, once again, got battered by Taarabt and let him run straight at goal and to be fair to Adel he finished it well, Heaton had no chance. We came back a bit mind then and should have had a stonewall penalty, referee was a tosser all game and gave us feck all. Dave Jones needs to wake up tactically, took our best player today Burke off and shoved out-of-form Chopra on, and Drinkwater who was covering Olofinjana's arse all game off for sh*tty Koumas. Doesn't make sense.
P.S. Lee Naylor must die.
P.S.S. I wish Shaun Derry had both his legs snapped off today, unlucky Whitts you nearly got there.

I think you guys need to sign one or two strikers in January for more back up or competition:p.
Sure that the Bluebirds will be back to winning ways soon, worrying that Swansea aren't that far behind though LOL for everyone at CCS:p.

Not at all, I watched the whole *******ing game and both teams didn't create much in the 2nd half. First half we were dominant. Look on 'We Are The Rangers Boys' and even they said judging by our first half performance they expected us to come out 2nd half and smash them. But we didn't, cos Naylor's a *******.

Yeah we need some cover for Jay and a winger for the attacking part of our game because whenever Jay and/or Burke are out we don't look the same team. Rumours flying round that we're trying to re-sign Wayne Routledge :D

Man United are back in the race will a fantastic 7-1 victory. Blackburn Rovers? I thought they were playing Tony Blackburn! Good win for Arsenal but my god they didn't half waste alot of chances and nearly blew their lead twice. Blackpool fans must be pissed off after their team gave away a 2 goal lead to draw 2-2. Everton lost at home and Beckford missed three great chances. He's more out of his depth than a 5 year old in the deep end at the local swimming pool. Fulham draw yet again and will have to improve or pressure will be mounting on Hughes. Last minute equaliser from Stoke. They deservered all three, Man City were very fortunate. West Ham won but they'll still be playing Championship football with the likes of Doncaster, Scunthorpe and Cardiff next season.
QPR battered Cardiff and fully deserverd their victory. Cardiff have a difficult game against their 'bogey team' Preston next. I can't see them getting anything from that. Middlesbrough v Hull game played at the Riverside in heavy snow.
Looks like the game between the barcodes and Chelsea is going to be called off tomorrow.
So here's my predictions for tomorrow. Newcastle v Chelsea game called of due to heavy snow. Tottenham beat Liverpool 3-0. Norwich draw 0-0 with Ipswich.

I remember you saying the you couldnt defend everton this weekend whereas i think..
Sharner should have got red for the tackle on Baines in the air.. it was clearly in the face and right on the edge of the box great place for a free kick.
And Irwa should have been carded for his initial challenege on Arteta, if arteta just went down he most likely would have (and i think he already had a yellow)
Loved how brunt and mulumbu started pushing arteta and distin just shoved em both with one arm lol..

I can't defend the way we played I meant, we were pretty shocking! Jags had a nightmare as did Hibbo and Johnny only made about 8 passes to a blue shirt all game! Terrible! Beckford could have had a hat trick, I won't get on his back just yet though because he's clearly lacking in confidence and at least he's getting into positions to score, unlike Saha and Yak at the moment.
I know that elbow in Bainesy's face was awful, right in front of the ref too and he did nothing! Then the two footed tackle on Arteta initially, he shouldn't have retaliated but tbh the more I see it the less it looks like he actually STAMPED on his leg and more like he got caught between his legs and walked over him.
Jara should have been off the field for the amount of dirty tackles he made all game, poor Pienaar got bullied all over the place, got to love him though, he never complains and just gets on with it.
Two goals conceded from set pieces is pretty bad, although Brunt's free kick was pretty special!
30stone
30-11-2010, 10:57 AM
Not a keeper in the world would have stopped that free kick lol.
Its weird because didnt saha get like 10 in 16 games last season or something now he cant score.
Jagielka is usually one of the beter which is weird.
I imagine without Arteta being sent off and their player being sent off for the elbow it could have ended quite different.

Liverpool are reportedly preparing a bid for Real Madrid and Arsenal target Eden Hazard.
The 19-year-old Lille playmaker has been on the radar for a number of Europe's elite teams, but the Daily Mirror reports that Liverpool boss Roy Hodgson will bid for the player in the January transfer window.
Real Madrid ambassador Zinadine Zidane is thought to have made contact with the player, with the Los Blancos legend attempting to warn off other clubs over their interest in the Belgian starlet.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has also taken a keen interest in the player, with the Gunners boss renowned for signing young talent and getting the best out of them at the Emirates.
However, the English daily paper claims that Hodgson will make the first official move for the player in the opening month of 2011, with the Liverpool boss looking to strengthen his attacking options at Anfield.
