Villa will need to get the chequebook out in January;).
LOL Kitty Phil Neville is so underrated and he managed to keep Bale quiet that day.. as for Bale he's improving a lot and deserves the praise but people need to be careful not to overhype too much and let him get on with it:).

Tonight just proved again how much trouble Liverpool would be in if Stevie G were to leave. Shocking until he came on and bailed them out the ****e again. Normal service shall resume at the weekend when Chelsea put 6 past them :)
Had to laugh at Man City losing tonight, money can't buy everything obviously.
Locke.

Our squad tonight was missing Agger, Torres, Cole, Maxi, Kuyt, Skrtel, and Lucas, just off the top of my head. Apart from our defence it was mainly fringe players playing.
Was basically the reserves + 2/3 first team players.
Ngog
Shelvey
Poulsen
Spearing
Jovanovic
Kyrgiakos
Wouldn't be in your best starting 11

He is the one that headed the ball in the wrong direction, then a Napoli player got it, then they scored.
Then he spent the rest of the game giving the ball away

I'm fed up with the wank fest over Gareth Bale. It's laughable.
Alot of the hype is created by the Welsh.
They're boring, so ****ing boring and desperate, utterly desperate, to associate anything successful with Wales. Silly bunch of idiots trying their hardest to compensate for a lack of anything remotely important to come out of their sheep-ridden, caravan-infested nation.
Bale's playing well and put in two tremendous shifts at the right time, against Inter, but Sky Sports News were comparing him to Henry (in his prime) and Messi earlier... that's humiliating.

I know:(, lapses of concentration etc and clearly there is more to work on that for the players. Luckily Ji Sung Park used some individual skill to make it 2-1 in injury time and earn United the 3 points, however it's hard luck on Wolves because they played well:).

Timmy Cahill
Fantastic game, fair play to Blackpool we had so many chances and came back twice, should have killed the game off but they never stopped working. Really hope they stay up, they deserve it. Timmy strikes again with his 50th goal, and Seamus scored a beauty!!! Disallowed goal for them for a dubious nudge on Jags, bit of luck for us there but we should have gone on to win, Saha missed a sitter. Ah well still unbeaten in 6 and should get a win against Bolton at home on Weds which would send us back up the table again.

The commentator made an error in the Bolton-Tottenham match. He said that Bolton is in Lancashire. It isn't, it's in Greater Manchester. Anyway, a great win for Bolton against CL team Tottenham. West Ham only got a point despite dominating. Blackpool held Everton to a draw. Fulham get a draw with a last minute goal from Hangeland and Man United get lucky yet again with a last minute winning goal.
In Sunday's games, Cardiff will beat Swansea, home advantage will be the differance. 2-1 to Cardiff, mark my words. Liverpool will beat Chelsea 1-0 with a goal from N'gog in the 87'th minute. Arsenal will thump the barcodes 3-0 and Man City will come from behind to beat West Brom 2-1.

I know Swansea are a better team than Cardiff but I thought home advantage would be enough for Cardiff to get the win. I was wrong. Swansea played some great football and I really do hope they become the first Welsh team in the Premier League. Cardiff were lucky to only lose 1-0 as they were dominated by Swansea for most of the match and should have had two players sent off. The Bluebirds are a decent little club but they don't have that extra je ne sais quoi needed to get promotion.
Liverpool won as I expected. I don't know what the sign in the crowd saying "Fresh, juicy, mangoes. £5" meant but I assume it was some kind of joke at Chelsea's expense?
Arsenal lost and are now out of the title race. I'm sorry but you don't win the league if you can't be teams such as West Brom and Newcastle on home turf. Arsenal should now concentrate on finishing in the top 4.
Man City back to winning ways but they won't be happy that Balotelli got sent off and will miss the Manchester derby.

Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina would apparently favour a move to Arsenal - should he quit Merseyside.
Rumours have been rife in recent months that Reina was on the radar of Arsenal and Manchester United as both look to sign a new no.1 stopper.
Arsene Wenger has been on the lookout for a new gloveman for some time after firstly losing faith in Manuel Almunia and now Polish youngster Lukasz Fabianksi - whose error resulted in the Gunners losing to Newcastle yesterday.
Likewise, Sir Alex Ferguson wants to bring a new 'keeper to Old Trafford as veteran Dutchman Edwin van der Sar nears the end of his career with Manchester United.
Both clubs have been heavily linked with Reina, who has established himself as arguably the best goalkeeper in the Premier League since joining Liverpool from Villarreal five years ago.
Arsenal were reported to have made a £23 million offer for the Anfield favourite in the summer but Liverpool rebuffed their attempts to lure the Spaniard to the Emirates.
Now, according to The People, the 28-year-old has told his agent Garcia Quilon that the prospect of joining Arsenal is something that attracts him - rather than moving to Liverpool's bitter rivals Manchester United.
Reina will reportedly decide in the summer if his future still lies with Liverpool, but the Reds board maintain he is not for sale.

How bad were Man City? Spending all that money and aimining for a 0-0 draw on home turf against your biggest rivals. Dreadful and Mancini has got to take the blame. I mean even midtable teams such as Stoke and Fulham give Man United a game and try to beat them. Wolves seemed to dominate against Arsenal but just couldn't score. Very unlucky as they've been nearly all season. Good goal from Beckford against Bolton.
Cardiff dropped points again perhaps they don't like the cold weather. Crystal Palace won the London derby against Watford, coming from behind. Middlesbrough won and look like their going to start moving up the table now.

I know it's an utter joke. Makes me so angry that Capello is taking the piss and picking Championship players.
Aston Villa so unlucky today. They could have easily scored six (Albrighton missed two sitters, Collins hit the woodwork, Agbonlahor hit the woodwork) Also Brown should have been sent off. I would be extremly annoyed if I was an Aston Villa supporter. Boring Man City drew again. Wolves lost again and look like they are going down.
Can't see Everton v Arenal being a classic, I think it will end 0-0. Chelsea will easily beat Sunderland 3-0.

Kevin Davies has been in incredible form of late yet his England stints over, just for a championship player who i'm sure is decent but not on Davies level. Gabby shouldn't be there either as he just came back from injury. Chris Smallings played about 5 games, its a joke he is there, would rather have Phil Jones of Blackburn there..

I agree about Nani and also that you guys were unlucky:p, football is a cruel game and it's the points that matter so right now i'm relieved even though United were crap and we should have lost.
Jay Bothroyd in the England squad over some other strikers is a poor decision. Yes he's currently the leading goalscorer in the championship, but he's scoring goals vs some very poor lower championship teams, like Scunthorpe. This is in no way comparable to the world class footballers he will be facing. He is also a dirty player, a diver and a time waster - just the type of player we don't need in the squad.
He will be like a fish out of water.

You don't half chat some ****ing ****e.
Didn't play well enough today, needed to hit the ground running and we just didn't do it, we should have scored through Seamus making that amazing run and ball into Cahill, only for him to head it over the bar. Gutted because that was great bit of play, Seamus was easily the best player on the pitch today for us.
Arteta was awful, Johnny had to come off otherwise baldy twat Webb would have sent him off, Song should have been sent off for handballing in the box and Coleman's goal should have been allowed, if Webb had chosen to play the advantage when Squillaci brought down Saha, but of course he wouldn't do that, tosser. Saha had chances and actually forced two good saves from Fabianski. Becks nearly scored another cracking goal, but we just couldn't finish again and was all just a bit lethargic and unispired for me today. Froze my ass off and came away a bit gutted, should have got at least a draw from that game.

Yes because he had three strikers on! When does Moyes ever do that usually?! They can't exactly all play in the middle can they, they'd all be going for the same balls all the time and falling over each other. Plus that left us with only three in the midfield so they had to play deeper to support.
And where you saw us 'hoofballing it up' all game I don't know. Peanut was making runs through the middle, Coleman down the right, we didn't run at them enough granted and we still don't seem to know how to finish right now but we weren't ****e.
Why don't you back to just supporting Rangers in the two team SPL then if all you're gonna do is slag off Everton? :xyxwave:

Howard could have done better yes but that's about all I'm gonna agree with you on. this hoof ball habit has got to stop... you can't make excuses up and blame the Referee.. seems like all everton fan's do nowadays to be honest.. those 3 strikers are hardly anything to write home about either
Yakubu - needs to be sold in january if everton can get 5-7 Million for him, take it, to slow and doesn't try hard enough.
Beckford - shows moments of quality but since he has come to the premiership it is obvious he is not good enough for a team chasing a top 6 finish

Where the hell is this hoofball you keep banging on about?! Do you even watch our games week in week out anymore?! Most of our attacking play comes down the flanks with Pienaar and Coleman or through the middle with Distin or Jags pushing forward, or from Fellani winning the ball in midfield and then actually playing through the mid field! Very rare we hoof and hope anymore!
Not making excuses and blaming the ref, he had a nightmare and it could have changed the game but until we start putting our chances away and playing with 100% commitment (ALL players) for 90mins then we can't really complain about not getting the wins.
Yakubu is coming back into form, he had a major injury don't forget! Yes sometimes he can be lazy but he's our most proven goal scorer, can't go sacking him off when we don't have the sort of money to go and buy a world class striker, and we'd only get about 5million for him anyway, that won't get us anything decent.
Beckford, how is it obvious he isn't isn't good enough? He got dropped in the deep end first two games of the season because Saha and Yak weren't fit, now he's being used to come off the bench which was the plan originally, he saved us a point at Bolton and nearly scored again yesterday!
Saha fair do's, he's injury prone, getting on and hasn't scored a goal since he signed a new contract, he's the only one I have doubts about.

I see you conveniently missed out his tally from 2007-2008 his first season with us and he scored 21 goals in all competitions for the club, the only player to do that since Peter Beardsley!
He ruptured his achilles in November of 2008 and didn't even play for us again for over a year so your 5 goals in 17 games statement is just laughable if you're trying to somehow prove he had a bad season, he didn't play for 3/4 of it!

Saha has scored 23 goals in 73 games (1 in 3 ratio) Yakubu 33 in 68 games (1 in 2 ratio) Timmy 62 in 221 (1 in 4 ratio). So Yakubu is our most likely to score on paper, just like I keep saying, he either hasn't played due to injury, or because he hasn't yet reclaimed his form.
Kenny Miller better than all of them?! Rofl you're talking about in a league where there's only two teams worth mentioning and both of them would get raped by most PL sides :joker: Plus he only played one season in the PL with Wolves before they got relegated again

Yakubu total goals scored AT PREMIER LEAGUE LEVEL = 101 in 264 appearances.
That's one goal every 2.5 games.

They were always going to go down.. football is a team game you know? see most women don't know this.. basically he was a star in a very average team and now that he is playing for the most successful team in the world ( Rangers) he is getting his chance to shine with 15 goals in 18 games.. BOOM BOOM

Fantastic achievement until you wake up and realise that if they were in the PL (you know, the best league in the world) they'd probably be relegated first season :joker:

Still doesn't change the fact that they have won more trophy's then any other team in the world
and The Epl is probably the third best league in the world at the moment
La liga is by far the greatest league in terms of quality and the german league is getting much better now and is more more exiting then the EPL... where most clubs are debt ridden..
And if Rangers were in the EPL they would be making much more money then they are now so it's impossible to say how they would fare in the EPL probably a top 4 finish though within the first 3 seasons

Seen many a top striker miss them.. torres... for example.
His first touch is quality, his heading is second to none, and hes not as slow as people think.
He runs to the wing to let Walcott nasri Arshavin run into the centre, creating space for them.
and his pass to fabregas the other day, perfect hes a great player, not the best yet.
But he has great potential to improve more, and he will without a doubt score 20 goals in all competitions easy.

Newcastle have made the surprise move of asking England not to select Carroll.
The striker picked up a groin problem during Saturday's game against Fulham but looks set to start after appearing to prove his fitness during a training session at Wembley on Tuesday.
Man City goalkeeper Hart suffered a back problem, though, opening the door for Foster to start, and although Jagielka missed the session due to illness, he is expected to recover in time. If not, Chris Smalling could be a third debutant.
Tottenham's Younes Kaboul was handed his first call-up as cover for Phillipe Mexes, but the Roma defender looks set to shake off a calf problem for France, who inflicted Capello's first defeat as England boss in March 2008.
Rennes midfielder Yann M'vila, 20, is set to remain in the side after being one of the stand-out players under Blanc, while Paris St Germain defender Mamadou Sakho could make his debut at some point.
Blanc could also start with both Yoann Gourcuff and Arsenal's Samir Nasri behind Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema.
Possible England XI: Foster, Richards, Ferdinand, Jagielka, Gibbs, Walcott, Henderson, Barry, Milner, Gerrard, Carroll.
Don't want Jags playing if he's not 100% :nono: Don't really want him playing at all tbh, pointless friendly.

Man City will be making a mistake if they sack Mancini IMO, they have to keep the faith because he is doing his best, it's up to the players to get the results and it might be frosty behind the scenes but not surprising because they don't have any stability:D.
